Tall Timber Barn is an absolute DREAM! By far the most unique and special venue we could have chosen for our special day. It is hard to put into words how beautiful this venue is without seeing it for yourself. You feel like you're in a little village of an enchanted forest. Michelle, Ralph and all of TTB's staff worked so hard before, during and after our wedding to make sure it went by seamlessly...and it did! It was by far the best and most beautiful day of our lives!

When Michael and I first saw photos of Tall Timber Barn, we knew we HAD to see it in person. The day we went for a tour it was the foggiest day out, but we were lucky enough to be meet and be greeted by Mia. Even on a gloomy day, it was absolutely stunning. After meeting with Mia, we knew this was where we wanted to get married.

Fast forward a bit - the planning process was easy. Michelle reassured us of every detail and would answer any email promptly or hop on a call/answer texts if we had any questions. Leading up to the wedding, she was on top of everything. When we arrived for the rehearsal and dropped off all of our décor, Michelle just wanted to know placement, but said "don't worry - I have it covered" and she did. I was thinking I would have to set up the photo backdrop, but again she assured me they had it covered. It really took a load of pressure off of my shoulders and relieved my anxiety of "perfection" because I knew she was on our side to make our day perfect.

The day of our wedding, Michelle was on top of everything! She was constantly on the move making sure myself and Michael were in place of where we needed to go and comfortable. The venue looked absolutely stunning and was exactly what I imagined. Throughout the evening, Michelle made sure we always had a drink or water in hand and made sure our guests were comfortable.

The food is phenomenal! Ralph (owner) is the chef and puts his heart and soul into every dish! He can accommodate any type of menu you'd like, as personal as you'd like! Everything was tasty, fresh and exactly what we pictured! There was something for everyone and only heard outstanding reviews from our guests after the wedding. Our guests also enjoyed being able to sit where they pleased with no pressure added. Some sat at tables, some at high top tables and even some ate by the fire pits! It was excellent!

The outdoor chapel - simply perfect. The cool breeze and just being IN nature made our ceremony one to remember for a lifetime. We were draped by greenery and trees in the forest, with the sun peaking through and I couldn't have imagined a better place. My heart warms just thinking back to it.

The barn - so fun! I love the rustic and informal, yet elegant vibe. The dance floor was bumping all evening and couldn't have chosen a better setting! ALL of our guests had so much fun all night long!

The cannon! DO IT! Forget fireworks and sparklers.....this.is,the,best.

If I could rate Tall Timber Barn out of 10, I would say it's 100000/10. YOU are their main priority, and will do anything to make your dream wedding come true.

I’m still dreaming of the beauty and perfection of this night. My ceremony was at 4:30, we got to have this beautiful moment in this lovely cove in the woods, the sun was just peaking through the trees. It looked like something out of a fairytale. All of the natural beauty of tall timber, really falls into place in the evening. The candles and string light gives you a warm magical glow for the whole evening. You and your guests have plenty of room to dance in the barn and when you need a break the fire pits are a lovely place to sit and talk with your friends and family. A
Omg and the food!! Every dish Vince and his team prepared was delicious! So many guests have reached out to tell us how good the food was! He even went out of way to make sure the mother of the bride had something to eat with her restricted diet. So kind
Michelle was soo great to work with as well, she was so responsive, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She really made everything so easy. She went above and beyond to make my wedding day so perfect and beautiful. We even had a timing hiccup (not due to the venue) and Michelle made it work without any stress.
I wouldn’t have changed a thing and if I could, I would do the same exact wedding again next year

TTB is such a unique and beautiful wedding venue hidden in the woods. We fell in love with it the first time we visited. Michelle worked with me to make sure every detail was exactly how I imagined (even in the rain). The staff was very accommodating, especially for our older/handicapped guests which was very important to us. Food was excellent. The fire pits are a nice touch if it is nice out at night. All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue, it’s absolutely incredible!

I cannot express how much I loved this venue. I was originally looking for venues in upstate NY because I love the Catskills and love being among the trees, but everything there was so pricy. NJ was also too pricy, and the venues were not on lands that I particularly cared for (farmland, etc.) As soon as I saw pictures for Tall Timber Barn, I knew that in my heart that this was the place I wanted to get married at. And when we toured the grounds, it only further confirmed my gut feeling. It doesn't hurt that it does not break the bank, either!

Michelle, the coordinator, was very helpful and responsive! She was able to answer any questions that me and my husband had, helped us with anything our vendors needed, and was amazing the day of as well. She even directed us to the chef who is responsible for the menu, who said that if we give him a recipe, he could have it at our wedding, and he did it! Granted, it won't be the same, but the gesture was still great.

Even the staff the day of was wonderful and helped move things along the schedule and packed up all of the personal effects that we brought.

All in all, I recommend this place to anyone who wants a wedding that's in the trees, that's whimsical and fairytale-like, or who wants it to be like a Catskills/PNW wedding without being in the Catskills/PNW (or putting a hole in your wallet!)

Our wedding was perfect even thought it rained! Michelle goes above and beyond to create the imagine you have in your head of the big day! Vince the chef is everything you want in someone to prepare your wedding meal. The food was delicious and they give you the option to customize the menu to whatever you want and really make it your own. The venue itself is tucked in the woods and so private and perfect surrounded by natural beauty with little decor needed to make it seem like a fairytale. And………the best part is that they allow pets which was really important to us to have our 3 dogs in the wedding. I highly recommend to anyone planning a special event, and if given the Chance I would have changed not a thing about our day! Choose Tall Timber Barn!

Wedding or another event, Tall Timber Barn is a hidden gem and you should look no further for a venue! We hosted about 50 of our closest friends & family for our rehearsal dinner @ TTB and had our wedding at Skytop Lodge (7 min away). The venue & staff were spectacular to say the least. Super responsive, easy to work with and truly wanted to make our vision come true. TTB is a rustic barn in the middle of the Poconos forest. It has many different spots to entertain, but we did cocktails outside by the fire pits and in the barn, followed by dinner in the pavilion (a stunning covered wooden porch). TTB will take care of the food, staffing, linens, tableware, lanterns, lighting, etc. You BYO alcohol, live music & flowers which was super easy because they have various suggested vendors. Thank you so much TTB for making our rehearsal dinner so special. I couldn't recommend this venue more! Months later, we are still getting compliments on it!!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at Tall Timber Barn right at the peak of fall colors, and it was absolutely beautiful. The way everything is laid out, the buildings complement the natural area around them. All of our guests can’t stop telling us how beautiful everything was. Ashley, our day-of coordinator, was very helpful in getting everything organized so there was not much that we had to worry about. By the time we arrived everything was already set up and we just needed to shuffle some pictures around for displays. She was great at keeping our timeline on track even with guest hiccups. She also worked very well with our florist, photographers, and DJ. The food was excellent and it was very easy to work with Chef Ralph to come up with a menu. We wholeheartedly recommend Tall Timber Barn as a wedding venue!
