Professional inexpensive and worthwhile!

Tailored Events decorated the tent at the Inn on the Lake in Canandaigua for our wedding and they did an absolutely beautiful job. All of our guests were totally "wowed" by the paper lanterns. I live in Atlanta, GA and needed to plan from there. They were kind enough to send me samples of the lanterns so that my husband and I could see the color options in person and make decisions about what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Tailor maid was super flexible with adding and taking items away right up to the week of my wedding. They worked closely with my caterer to make sure things were perfect and they were! Highly recommended!

Tailored Events was easily the best value for our wedding rental needs (two tents at two locations, tables and chairs at two locations, etc) and highly responsive throughout our planning process. The primary set-up teams were very punctual and thorough and everything looked great. We did have one hiccup around some set-up on our wedding day but everything got sorted out without impacting our wedding, and, more importantly Tailored Events did not charge us for some of our last minute additions as a goodwill gesture to make it right. Mistakes happen in business and in life but it is how you handle them that makes the difference and Tailored Events demonstrated exactly the sort of classy outfit that they are!

I would absolutely not recommend this vendor at all. They have zero customer service skills. Our order was delivered late and not finished setting up until the following day and we were lied to about power consumption needs. After the wedding, we reached out to set up a meeting to discuss and the owner was quite rude and disinterested almost acting like he didn't care that anything went wrong because he already had our money. At the end of the meeting I was told that he would reach out to me with a decision and after 2 weeks I made several calls to which I was blatantly ignored. Still waiting on that call over 2 months later! Do NOT use this company. They do not care about customer satisfaction
