I cannot say enough about Karen. From pricing, to options, and taste. I've gone with expensive cakes and this does not compare. Chocolate and strawberry champagne...yum! Every single guest had only great things to say. First time finishing entire 2 tier cake. She also did mini donuts that melted in your mouth, mini fruit tarts and lemon tart shooters, WOW!!! Definitely recommend.

I hired Karen to bake for my wedding. We had her make a cut cake and an assortment of desserts for a dessert bar. They came out amazing! All our guests were raving about the dessert. They tasted delicious and looked beautiful. And the price was significantly lower than the wedding/cake shops in the area.

If you are concerned about a home baker making your wedding cake and desserts (which I was nervous about at first), I can assure you there is nothing to be concerned about. Karen is licensed and a professional. She also was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my decision to use her for our wedding.

A few tips for brides:
- You have an option of picking up the dessert and setting it up yourself at the venue, or you can have Karen do it for an additional fee. The fee was higher than the cake shop vendors in the area, so I opted to pick them up. But as I mentioned earlier, the price point for the desserts undercuts the shops by a significant margin.
- Karen only accepts cash.
- Being a small business owner, she does charge for cake tasting for a nominal fee. She provides a cake and frosting sampler that you take away (no onsite tasting).
