Tom and Elizabeth were amazing! They made our dream come true. Fantastic food that was incredibly fairly priced. Everyone raved about the taste and quality of the food at the wedding reception. In addition, they facilitated our unique request for specialty coffee with great professionalism. They went above and beyond to make our reception amazing! Would absolutely recommend and use again!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sunside Catering and Vending / Chef Tom Ford. He committed to us early on and was extremely flexible to our wishes and needs.
We had utilized his services for 2 nights and 2 mornings and it really made our stay and wedding event so over the top special. He and his team did everything! They bought in anything we were missing, setup right at the house and prepared the food on sight. The food preparation and presentation were incredible, not to forget about the amazing quality of the dishes, and they took care of every detail of cleanup at the end. The simplicity of warming the breakfast dishes as well as the quality was perfect also and worth every penny!
I could go on and on, but we were just so happy we found him to make our stay and event even more special and less stressful to us. We are already thinking about booking a follow up event with him!

FOOD WAS INNNNCREDIBLE!!!! Our guests raved about the food and the service chef Tom provided. I am SO HAPPY we hired Sunside catering for our wedding!!!🙏🏼 My husband still says the grouper fingers are his favorite food and our wedding food was better than any of the food on our honeymoon (all inclusive 5 star hotel- that food was hard to beat, and my husband is a food critic, so that says a lot!!) Tom’s responsiveness and communication was exceptional, prices were so reasonable (especially for the quality and quantity of food!), and overall staff (bartenders, servers) were so wonderful!! I can’t say enough about Tom going above and beyond for the multiple allergies/intolerances of various guests (some gluten free, some dairy free, onion/garlic allergies), he really outdid himself making separate plates specifically put aside with each type of allergies/intolerances and then labeling and making sure everyone knew what ingredients were in each dish. The DJ specifically thanked us as well as he said this was the first wedding he could actually eat (gluten allergy/intolerance) and be sure he wouldn’t get sick by accidentally eating something with gluten. The food was so delicious, perfectly cooked, all consistently made, the flavors were amazing!!! And Tom made sure to put some appetizers to the side for myself and my husband to be able to enjoy later (since we did pictures during cocktail hour). We both were SO HAPPY we hired Tom/Sunside catering and would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Chef Tom and his team did an amazing job. I was so nervous because caterers just don’t do tasting any more but chef Tom definitely delivered like he said he would! Every single thing we ain’t from the appetizers to just everything was amazing. He even made the broccoli amazing. I couldn’t be more happy with sun side catering. Our wedding was perfect thanks to these guys and in the future we will use them again. We had Asiago chicken, beef carving station, stuffed grouper and salads. Just amazing.

Hands down best catering experience! Food was phenomenal and service was 5 Star... We had the Beef Tips and the Stuffed Grouper. Best food we had while in Destin for my daughters wedding. They made everything go so smooth! Thank you Chef Tom and Team!

Tom and his team were absolutely amazing! My sister-in-law used him for their wedding a couple of years ago, and the food and service was SO GOOD we knew we wanted him for ours! From the start, Tom helped out in anyway he could! He even offered to check out the venue for us, since we are from out of town! I think that shows how above and beyond he goes for his clients! Could not recommend him enough!!! We had the taco/fajita bar and everyone at the wedding kept talking about how delicious it was! I never had to worry about a thing!

They are hands down the Best caterers. Food was by far the best we had on the whole trip. Service was phenomenal!!! They came to our rental and prepared beef tenderloin tips and stuffed grouper. Everyone loved it!!! 5 STARS all the way! Thank you Chef Tom and team!!!

Tom was excellent, food was absolutely delicious, so professional, so accommodating especially with food allergies and special requests, his team was so sweet, they cleaned everything, put leftovers and labeled in frig, and he always went above and beyond with every detail! I planned a destination wedding and always leary of who the vendors are without meeting them. Tom was so patient, communicative, and so easy to work with. Well worth every dollar spent and will absolutely use him again when down there. He catered a welcome reception and my wedding reception. Everything was perfect!

Chef Tom and his staff were wonderful to work with and we were able to stay within our budget. Chef and his staff arrived on time, professionally dressed to prepare the food and serving lines. He coordinated with the DJ and Bartender to ensure everyone stayed on target with regard to our wedding and reception timeline. The food was excellent! My husband and I took a HUGE leap and planned our wedding less than three months away at the time. With that said, there was so much stress and worry about finding the right wedding planner, cake designer, DJ, venue, and especially caterer. I was in the middle of complete mayhem when I contacted Sunside Catering praying that he could help us. Tom went above and beyond his requirements as a caterer to be what I can honestly call my “go to” guy. He honestly became the one person I could truly rely on during the wedding process, giving me great advice for vendors and florists, calming my pre-wedding nerves, and giving me the confidence and comfort of knowing I would have an incredible caterer. He blew all my expectations out of the water!!! I had more people comment in my wedding video about how incredible the food was than how happy they were for my husband and I! I can truly say that Tom felt like family to me. I can’t even describe how grateful and blessed I was to have him be apart of my wedding. He set up the most incredible restaurant reservation for my rehearsal dinner and made sure we had the VIP treatment! He even took the time throughout the wedding to constantly make sure my husband and I had everything we needed and stole a dance with me at the end of the night! 😊 I can assure you that you can’t get any better or more personal. There is NO need for you to search for other caterers, I can promise you Sunside Catering is the only one you want!
