Owner and Lead photographer, Kira studied photography in college before entering the commercial photography world. Since then, her passion has evolved into telling stories with her photos. Using her keen eye for details, Kira knows just how to curate beautiful images that make your imagination run wild. Her favorite images are the ones that capture true, honest emotion that tells the story of the moment. We love Kira!
We recommend Sunshine Studio SO highly for your wedding, engagement photo session or anything else. We did our engagement photos with Kira and immediately felt at ease. She even made doing a shoot in 15 degrees pleasant. Leading up to the wedding, she was responsive, asked great questions for planning and attentive to detail. On the day of, she and her assistant were super pleasant to deal with, efficient with the family photos and creative when taking photos. The actual photos are beautiful and capture the mood and feel of the event.

When we first started planning our wedding, we agreed that having a great photographer was very important. I wanted to make sure we were captured as ourselves so that we could look back on our pictures and see the emotions we were feeling that day. I don't even have words to describe just how amazed and impressed I am with Kira and our photos. They are everything we wanted and more. She has an unmatched natural talent to capture your special day perfectly! She not only captured us, but the elements of the day and she just has an eye for a great photo. One of her many amazing qualities was also how she made us immediately feel comfortable with her. I felt like she and I had been friends for years. She really added that extra magic to our wedding day by being our photographer!

Where do I even begin?!!? My husband and I hired Kira to photograph our wedding and we cannot say enough, about how much we love her work! She is an extremely talented photographer, it was a fantastic experience! She is professional, creative, understanding, sweet as can be, and we enjoyed sharing our day with her.
