Facilities and Capacity
Sunriver Resort can accommodate weddings of up to 350 guests across indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Mt. Bachelor Lawn & Historic Great Hall is an indoor/outdoor space that accommodates weddings of up to 350 guests. Situated along the Little Sun River, the Lawn has stunning views of the golf course with Mt. Bachelor as a backdrop. Inside the adjacent Great Hall, you’ll find a combination of dramatic pine elegance and mountain comfort, from the hand-peeled timbers all the way to the river rock fireplace.

For smaller celebrations, the Homestead Lawn and Heritage Room hosts weddings of up to 80 guests in a beautifully landscaped setting surrounded by Ponderosa pines and aspens, with views of Mt. Bachelor and a rustic, barn‑inspired interior. The Fireside Room, located within the Great Hall, is ideal for intimate weddings of up to 40 guests, featuring natural wood finishes and a grand stone fireplace that gives an outdoor feel to an indoor location.

Caldera Springs Lake and Lake House accommodate weddings of up to 55 guests from September through May. This intimate location features fire pits, a lakeside beach, a stone patio, and a fireplace, creating a warm, welcoming environment for your guests. Besson Commons is Sunriver’s newest outdoor location and can accommodate weddings of up to 350 guests. Adjacent to The Lodge, this space is ideal for couples seeking a more casual wedding.

Services Offered
Sunriver Resort has event spaces for bridal showers, ceremonies, elopements, engagement parties, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. Couples may request exclusive venue use and private rooms for their rehearsal dinners. The resort is wheelchair accessible, with parking and shuttle services available for you and your guests. Event services include accommodations, a bridal suite, cleanup, event planning, an in-house bar, in-house catering, lighting/sound, pet-friendly options, setup, and wireless internet. Cuisine
Barware, china, a chocolate fountain, glassware, flatware, and linens are available for your event. Outside cakes are permitted, and servers are available for cocktail receptions and for buffet, family, plated, or station-style dinners. Dessert and hors d’oeuvres are also available, as well as tastings for the couples.
