Huge thank you to jasmine!

We did not originally have a day of coordinator but Jasmine was a huge help to us in getting all of our last minute items together. She went out of her way to arrange meetings with all of our vendors and make sure everyone was on the same page. So in a way she really acted like a wedding planner! Extremely thoughtful and organized. And in the end I really appreciated her stepping in and allowing my family and I to enjoy our special day without the stress of having to worry about xyz. We seriously wouldn’t have been able to pull this off without her! 10/10 experience! Book with her 🥰

Jasmine made my daughter's wedding a breeze!

I can't say enough good things about Jasmine and how great she is! She was the day of coordinator for my daughter's wedding, but she was involved more than just that day. I did the hiring and arranging and she stayed on top of it all, making sure that there were no loose ends, especially on the big day.  She made the day go smoother so we could enjoy the day!

Attention to detail, thoughtfulness, organization, and clear/prompt communication

We found out about Sunflower Event Planning from a friend who hired them as their wedding day-of coordinator and even with their recommendation setting the bar so high, Jasmine did not disappoint! Jasmine was such a delight to work with for our April 2025 wedding. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, organization, and consistently clear and prompt communication made it such that I don't know how we could have ever pulled off an event this flawless without her. No stone was left unturned - she thought of everything and made the day go off without a hitch. 10/10 recommend Jasmine/Sunflower Event Planning!

Jasmine is Amazing!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to end, Jasmine handled everything professionally. She dealt with all of my vendors and got responses quickly. She decorated my reception area beautifully! She paid attention to every detail that was important. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her! Highly recommend!

Helpful, seamless, and great value!

Jasmine worked for us as day-of-coordinator for our wedding in Sept 2023, but she did so much more! She helped us stay organized in the months leading up to the wedding, took care of some last-minute tasks like party favors and running out to get batteries, and even coordinated our dog care since he was part of the wedding. I can't say enough good things about Jasmine and highly recommend you hire her - great value for the support she provides!

Go with Jasmine!! You won't regret it.

Jasmine was really incredible! Extremely flexible, but also made sure we were doing everything correctly. Always on time (if not early) and so responsive! At a price much lower than other day of event coordinators, you can't go wrong with Jasmine. Weddings are great when you hire the right people.
