Our cake tasting with Sugaree was great! They gave us a box to take home with three cakes, 7-8 filings, and their buttercream. The cake was scored into bite sized pieces so that we could try tons of flavor combinations. Usually we are not chocolate cake people, but Pat’s chocolate cake was the best cake I had ever eaten. We decided to hire Sugaree, so we met with Pat to go over our flavors and cake design. Pat was easy to work with throughout the whole process. On our wedding day, the cake looked beautiful and tasted heavenly. Our flavors were chocolate cake with tiramisu and cappuccino fillings and pound cake with raspberry filling. Delicious and gorgeous
Gone are the days where everyone just gets "wedding cake" flavored cake! Sugaree sent us home with three different cake options and what felt like a million different mousse fillings to try, and the option to have between just one or a few different mousse fillings in each slice. We ended up going with a "light and sweet" cake and a "dark and rich" cake so everyone had something they would love.Sent on 06/27/2019
Additionally, Sugaree was even so kind to place our flowers on our cake the day of as well, since we didn't officially hire our own florist in town. They placed the flowers so beautifully! The bottom layer of the cake even looked like stone, and was PERFECT for the wild zoo theme we were going for. Recommend!!

We loved how they did the cake tasting. We decided on vanilla cake with a layer of strawberry mousse and then a layer of chocolate mousse filing. We also had a chocolate cake with a later of hazelnut mousse and a layer of cappuccino mousse. The icing is the real buttercream, not the kind that's loaded with powdered sugar.
