Our wedding was over two years ago now and we still get comments about what a fun wedding we had and I think the band had a lot to do with it. They are very entertaining. People of all ages danced at our wedding. If I could have another wedding I would book this band again. I love the way they transition to the next song in a set without pausing and having a lot of awkard commentary. Its like having a dj but much better.

What a fun band! Our charity event had a Disco Theme and the band Str8 Up was amazing. The entire band was decked out in disco style costumes. The energy level and song selection were great for all night. I Will Survive, Let's Groove and other great disco songs kept the dance floor packed all night long. The band was not only reasonably priced, they were very talented and included a saxophone and keyboard player too. We really enjoyed Str8 Up and would highly recommend them for your company party or wedding!

The band was excellent to work with and completely professional. One of the highlights of our big day for sure. We had a very diverse crowd so it was not going to be easy to entertain everyone. All of our guests were on the dance floor and everyone kept saying how great the entertainment was. They even learned our first dance song! You will be so happy if you hire Str8up for your event!

This band was unbelievably good! They enjoy playing together, and that energy is contagious. Excel Lewis is the band's manager, and he worked with us on creating the songlist. Lenora, lead vocalist, volunteered to be our emcee. People danced the whole night, and kept remarking on how wonderful the band was (to us and to the band). They were also a steal for a six-member band, and they would've been worth it at twice the price.
