Pros:
- Flexibility with packages. Scott removed things we did not want and lowered the price accordingly.
- Professional attitude and attentive to detail. He asked many questions about the venue, the timeline of events during the wedding day, and preferences on photos we were going to want to be taken. He had a list of commonly requested photos for us to look through, too.
- Showed up early and left late on wedding day. We noticed and appreciated it!
- Took a LOT of pictures, many of special moments where no one was posing, which was what we wanted the most, though the posed pictures were great as well! It took about two weeks for the wedding pictures to be available on his website, which was longer than expected, but still reasonable.

Cons:
- Email communication: not prompt, not detailed. Sometimes it took days or several emails for him to respond. He did not always address everything in my emails, so I had to repeat myself sometimes. Normally this would be cause for alarm, but ultimately he did always answer. He was definitely much better over the phone and in person -- I guess written communication is a weak point.
- The website. It uses flash, which is slow and not user-friendly. It also automatically plays music, which is always a bad thing. Thankfully he gave us a CD with the photos, even though that doesn’t help our guests!
- (minor) The suggested photos list had a LOT of duplicates on it. We suggested cleaning it up so it's shorter and easier for other couples to read in the future.

Without the cons mentioned above, which were all somewhat minor in the big picture, it would have been an easy 5. Scott was a pleasant person to work with and met or exceeded his obligations for the most part. He has very flexible packages and is a professional with a good sense of humor. We were happy with him and the pictures he took, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a good combination of value, flexibility, and experience.
