This venue was the perfect setting for our wedding. The river, the trees, and the gentle water feature created a naturally romantic backdrop, while the stunning architecture, complete with the charming chimney and massive windows, framed our celebration beautifully. Every corner of the space felt idyllic and inviting, making it an unforgettable place for friends and family to gather and celebrate love. We couldn’t have imagined a more picturesque location for such a special day.

We are so glad we had our wedding at Stone River! The location was perfect - so close to downtown where we got our hotel blocks. The pavilion overlooking the river made the perfect ceremony space. We had about 118 guests and the size of the space was perfect. The staff there were great to work with and our day went so smoothly!

Stone River turned out to be the perfect venue for our wedding day. We were thrilled to enjoy a beautiful October day with blue skies and mild temperatures by the Congaree River. The facilities were great and the bartending staff was very friendly. A big thank you to Brittany for her involvement in our planning and to the Stone River staff for providing such a great venue for us to celebrate our wedding day!

We used Stone River for our wedding ceremony and reception and they were worth every penny!! The venue is beautiful, space is huge, and the staff is so friendly and professional. I worked with Jordan and she was such a joy to have during wedding planning. She is the sweetest person, and was always quick to respond to questions--and when I saw 100% chance of rain on my wedding day she quickly eased any stress we had. All of my other vendors had worked with Stone River before and were so excited when I told them where my wedding was. I would definitely recommend this venue for weddings and events!

We are so incredibly happy we had our reception at Stone River. It looks amazing inside and out with a perfect view of the river, swoon-worthy textures of stone/wood/greenery, and the best staff! The venue was the perfect size for our reception of about 150-175 guests. The staff was so easy to work with and helped us create the exact atmosphere we wanted: southern, relaxed, simple, and elegant.

What is there not to love about Stone River?? The view is unbelievable, the ambiance is romantic, and the staff is so friendly! We had our rehearsal dinner here and had so much fun! By the end of the night, I was wishing that we had chosen Stone River as our reception venue instead of just our rehearsal venue.

The location is spectacular with a very simple elegance with touches of hardwood and natural stone. We loved how the event flowed as we utilized the whole space both inside and out. As we kept saying "You have definitely done this before!" The ceremony and reception was perfect, the drinks kept flowing, and you kept calm as you orchestrated this epic event! We couldn't have done it with out you and your staff!

I had an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception in the middle of August. Stone River was so perfect! It was definitely the best place to execute my vision! I really liked the idea that the guests would not have to travel from one venue to the next, it was just so convenient! I liked how the outdoor pavilion had fans out there to keep the guests cool while they waited for my wedding to begin! Patti with Stone River is truly one of a kind and has the biggest heart! She helped me with everything I needed! She was always getting her hands dirty helping us get the venue ready the day of! I really have to thank this venue for helping make my dream wedding a reality! Seeing as my review is anonymous, I suppose I'll hint to them as to which bride I am! :P Y'all were as impressed with my wedding vision as I was! It was a garnet and black affair with some cute cake toppers! Go Gamecocks! :P

My daughter began her look for a venue for her wedding reception with one thought in mind - she wanted everyone in the same room to enjoy everything together. That is a hard task to do - most of the venues had seperate rooms that kept folks from seeing each other. We happened upon Stone River shortly after they opened and knew right away, this was it !! OH MY, now after the event, we are positive there could be no place more perfect. The huge beautiful room, spacious parking, great person liasons, their partnership with Southern Way catering (the best in town), the VIEW, did I say THE VIEW !! was all fantastic. Thank you Stone River for making her reception so memorable for all.
