I cannot say enough good things about Steve Willis. My cousin, who also shoots weddings had him as her mentor. At her recommendation, and after looking at his online portfolio, AND in spite of him having to travel from Colorado Springs, CO, to Baltimore, MD (he flies all over the world) I had to hire him. It was one of my best decisions. He's kind, responsive, funny, and his work speaks for itself. It is, however, wonderful that such a talented artist is also such a great person. 11/10 would hire him again!!!

I think my husband and I where one of Steve's first few weddings to shoot. He came highly recommend from another photographer friend of mine and I saw his print work- it was STUNNING. Steve has the ability to capture real moments that are intrinsically beautiful to the naked eye but so complicated to transfer to a one dimensional story on film. His work is that of an artist- thoughtful, honest, and the selling part for me was 'warm,' or very photo journalistic.....no stuffy poses and fake smiles. Wish I lived in state as we are long over do for a family session now with our favorite photographer!

One of the few things you keep after your wedding day is your photos. It's how you'll be able to look back and remember what is to be one of the most important days I. Your life. We knew that finding the right photographer was one of the most important in the wedding planning process. We wanted our photos from our special day to be unique and creative, yet still get the traditional shots as well. I searched through many photographers and once my husband and I saw Steve's work and met with him we knew he had to be the one to capture our wedding day. Steve did an amazing job with our engagement photos. We have a variety of settings and some artsy photos as well. Some of our favorites are the photos taken at sunset.

We got married out of town and we were impressed that Steve took the time to scout out areas ahead of time for outdoor and indoor photos that were different from the church and reception site. Steve was professional, respectful, and a fun person to work with through the whole process. We received countless compliments on our photos. The day flew by so quickly and it means so much to us that we have such quality and creative photos to look back on such a special day. We took our honeymoon immediately following our wedding and Steve had our photos ready for us by the time we got back from our trip. I have friends who waited months and months to get their photos back and we received ours within a couple weeks.

We were so impressed Steve that when we found out we were expecting we knew we wanted him to do our maternity photos as well. Once again he exceeded our expectations delivering photos that we will always love. We highly recommend Steve Willis photography!
