We contacted Steve somewhat last-minute, and he was quick to schedule meetings and communicate about the day. We enjoyed chatting with him and knew quickly that it'd be a great match. He was very flexible and willing to change the script to suit our preferences with no judgment. On the day of, he arrived early to touch base with me and my husband, which was much appreciated! His words were touching, and I was happy that he incorporated many things I wanted and didn't even have to say. I also greatly appreciated that he stepped to the side so as not to be in the photos during our first kiss - as a former wedding photographer myself, that is a level of self-awareness that most officiants do not have! He is very personable and struck up conversations with many of our guests, and even accepted our offer to stay for dinner! He truly blended in to the day, and it was wonderful to be married by him. We’re so glad that Steve officiated our wedding! His ceremony was beautiful from start to finish. We were asked several times in the days following our wedding if Steve was related to one of us, because the ceremony felt so personal and emotional. When we met a few months out from the wedding date, he helped us pick a unity ceremony, and he sent us an overview of the ceremony order, which helped a lot with any public speaking anxiety. My (bride’s) mom is rehabbing her knees, and Steve was happy to escort her in the processional since my dad was with me. Steve is easygoing and professional, and our bridal party is still talking about how much they enjoyed him. He’s a great choice!

He arrived an hour early to make sure he could talk to us and wouldn’t be late. He was very personable and gave us a ceremony I haven’t seen at any other wedding. A little pricey but well worth it.
