June is a wonderful consultant. The whole process was easy and fun. I found exactly what I was looking for and it arrived just as expected.

Step'n out is AMAZING! We went to 4 different bridal shops and hands down were the best. They really make you feel like one of a kind. I will never go anywhere else for formal wear.

Absolutely the best place in Billings to get all of your wedding attire! From the minute I walked in the door at my first appointment, until we returned our rental clothing after the wedding, Step'n Out was easy to work with, always greeted us with a smile, and ALWAYS willing to help to make our day great and perfect! I can not begin to sing enough praises for Kesley and her team at Step'n Out. Now I can tell you how professional they were, and how beautiful all of the dresses were, but I want to tell you how they went above and beyond.

Both my grandparents were diagnosed with terminal cancer shortly before we were engaged. My grandma's prognosis was much better than my grandpas. As his health started to deteriorate we were so worried he wouldn't be able to see me in my dress. As I am the oldest grand child and first to get married this was something that really kept him going throughout his chemo treatments and endless hospitals visits. He was going to see me in that dress come hell or high water.

Being the angel that Kesley is, she coordinated with the designer to try and get my dress in earlier than expected so that I could do my first fitting with my grandpa present. She set up a time when no one was in the store so it could be a private moment with my mother and grandparents (dad had to wait until the big day). Unfortunately my grandpa fell getting into the car and couldn't make it to my fitting. Oh boy was I a mess, I am sure she is use to crying brides but I went above and beyond and just sat there sobbing. Kesley sat with me and comforted me while we waited for aunt and uncle to get there. She then helped coordinate a face time viewing for my grandparents. She came in on her day off and stayed for several hours while we had a very special moment with my grandpa. He passed shortly afterwards, but all any one could talk about was how much it meant that he saw me in my dress.

Anyone who is willing to go that far for their client deserves a gold star in my book!

All of the ladies that work here are extremely nice, patient and professional. I myself was very indecisive when I started dress shopping, and they were more than willing to put me in countless dresses, let me take pictures, and think on each one for a few days. They never got irritated that I'd drop in and check on my dress order, and that I was a stressed out mess on a few occasions. I was extremely worried about our best man that did his measurements at home, and wasn't professionally fitted for a special order suit. They reassured me that everything would be ok, and if all else failed, they would have suits in stock as back up. Luckily everything worked out with the men, and I felt stunning in the Sophia Tolli gown that I had chosen. They also did a rush order on a bridal sash that I fell in love with, and it looked so pretty with my dress. I couldn't have asked for a better dress shopping experience.

Step'n out was so affordable, helpful, and easy to work with that I drove 5 1/2 hours to buy my dresses from them. They provided my wedding gown as well as my bridesmaids' dresses. I told them what I was looking for, and they found it for me. Alterations took no time at all and were done to perfection! They had a number of staff members working at any given time so I never had to wait to be helped.

I have no complaints about Step'n Out and I would recommend them to anyone shopping for any type of formal wear.

Step'n Out was wonderful to work with! There was a size issue with the dress that I tried on (basically the sizing was different on that dress than on other dresses of the same brand and different than the sizing chart, so I didn't know which size to order) and they called the designer to have them measure the dress and verify which size matched my measurements. The dress ended up fitting perfectly! I ordered my dress, had it shipped to me in Texas to add straps to it, and then sent it back to them to steam and have my mom pick it up. They were excellent about keeping me updated throughout the process! I would warn future brides no matter where you buy your dress - when dress places tell you things can be changed (like alterations, and adding straps) just be aware that it isn't that easy and won't be cheap!

For the most part I had a good experience here. I went in to find my dress, they are nice because they have so many more "different" options than Davids Bridal, they have so many more unique dresses and can accommodate ANY budget.

My first visit was wonderful, I received a lot of help and everyone was extremely helpful. When I went in to get my dress Fitted it was a different story. I was completely ignored and dismissed. They ordered my dress one size too small, but it was easy to take out and they were more than willing to take it out and correct their mistake.

If you go here I suggest you ask to see the size chart and your measurments and make sure they order the right size, other than that my experience was great.
