Stephen Hoffman is amazing. He learns about his clients and really presents a personal and well performed ceremony. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He dresses well, is well spoken, and will totally take care of you. He's worth his asking price two or three times over!

Mr. Hoffman is not as funny as he thinks he is. Insulting the bride and groom is in poor taste. Additionally, he is not very well organized. We scheduled our ceremony at his recommendation so that he could ensure he could provide witnesses. I still had to go out on the street and ask someone to please be a witness. Lastly, it seems a large part of his business is cash based, yet he had to improvise a receipt when requested. He could buy a receipt book a any office supply store.
