Monica was our florist for our June wedding in Marin County and she BLEW US AWAY! From the moment I first called her for quotes, she was an absolute delight to work with and incredibly dedicated to making sure our vision came to fruition for our big day. She went above and beyond to educate us about florals and make suggestions on what would work best in our space, achieve our desired look, and, most importantly, meet our budget. Monica also did all this in a short time frame- our engagement was less than 6 months and Monica seamlessly delivered.

Monica was reliable before, during, and even after our wedding day. She delivered all the florals on time the morning of and even brought me an extra bouquet after the wedding for me to fly home with and preserve. Once I got home, I realized I'd lost the blue butterfly pin she applied to my original bouquet and she offered to mail me a new one with the extra ribbons she had applied to my bouquet and the bridesmaids' bouquets.

All our guests continue to compliment the beautiful floral arrangements at our ceremony and reception and we could not be happier with the end result. I first met Monica at a wedding fair back in early 2020. Then COVID hit, and my wedding and planning got put on pause. Fast forward to March / April 2021, I reached out to Monica and after a few correspondences, I knew she was the florist for me! Monica worked at ILM before becoming a florist, so you know she understands what goes into producing a high-quality product. Monica is friendly and warm and took the time needed to understand the colors, vision, and style I had in mind for my wedding. She worked with my budget and suggested ways to repurpose florals throughout the night to help keep costs down.

I wouldn't say I was a bridezilla, but I'm definitely a perfectionist by nature..... A bride wants what a bride wants. Monica handled all my requests with stride and spent a lot of time corresponding with me via email or zoom to ensure my wedding florals were just what I wanted. On the wedding day, the florals were beautiful and perfectly captured my lush garden romantic vibe. We saved the flowers to reuse at our post-wedding brunch and they still looked great the following day.

Now, more than a year later, my mom still comments on how beautiful the day and the flowers were! If you are considering hiring Monica for your wedding, I highly recommend doing it. You won't regret it!

Monica of Gray Rabbit was absolutely a wonderful florist to work with. First, she stuck with us throughout multiple reschedulings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And then she absolutely nailed our look!

We decided on orchids before even hiring Gray Rabbit since it was a favorite flower of both our grandmothers and then she picked the perfect flowers to complement the orchids. She created all the bouquets, plus bouttonierres, aisle decorations, floral meadow, and centerpieces. They were all absolutely gorgeous and she delivered and placed everything when she said she would. Not only that, but she even moved florals from our ceremony site to our reception site after the ceremony.

We can’t sing of her praises enough, plus she is a small business owner and was a joy to work with throughout the process.

Monica of Gray Rabbit was just the best. She was our favorite vendor, and did an incredible job with the flowers. She knew the venue really well, and helped us think through details that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise, such as small floral arrangements for the bathrooms.
Monica was also really budget-conscious, and I never felt like she was upsold or pressured us to do more than what I was comfortable with. She thought through ways to repurpose bouquets for center pieces, but focus on statement bouquets and the arbor decorations which made the ceremony setting pop.
She also took feedback really well. When we were choosing the colors and types of flowers she iterated on a couple of designs, and was very patient when we changed our mind after our initial call.
Finally, Monica's warm and calming presence was so needed and wonderful. We didn't feel that with all of our vendors, but Monica was a constant source of cheer and positivity. She's organized and has it together - you don't have to worry because she has it under control! If there's one vendor I'd recommend, it's Gray Rabbit for your florist!

1000000% recommend working with Monica! From start to finish she was so professional, friendly and responsive (somewhat of a rarity in the wedding industry). The process to design the florals was very collaborative. She was also so receptive to working with my budget. I provided Monica with a my Pinterest boards for inspiration and she promptly provided a flower board and description of which of the flowers each arrangement would have. As we got closer to the wedding date, I wanted to slightly tweak the design, Monica was super receptive to my changes. The end result was even more beautiful that I had even imagined. I wished I could have spent all day looking at all of her beautiful arrangement but alas, as they say, the wedding day goes by in a flash! Work with Monica, you won't regret it!!!

Monica was by far the BEST vendor of my whole wedding planning journey! Her artistry, color theory, and creativity are beyond this world but also her caring and sweet personality made her my favorite person to talk wedding planning with. She was able to bring my vision to life in the most beautiful way. I am a VERY detailed oriented person and Monica went beyond my expectations. We got tons of compliments from guests. A funny story, the one task my fiance had was ordering the cake. He wanted to get it from our favorite bakeries however, they didn't have a lot of experience with wedding cakes. Comes the wedding day, they had taken the chocolate cake quite literally and the cake was black and white. I have read hundreds, if not thousands, of vendor reviews while planning my September 2021 wedding and let me tell you... you can stop the endless scrolling now. I cannot stress enough how amazing Monica is! My search for wedding vendors was extensive (not to mention, exhausting), and hiring Monica at Gray Rabbit was the easiest wedding planning decision I ever made.

Firstly, she is a joy to work with. Her positivity is infectious and she was able to take my vision to the next level and execute it flawlessly. She was extremely responsive throughout all our communication prior to the wedding (which was SO helpful) and was an overall delight to work with.
