5 STARS!! I'd give them 10 if I could! First off, we booked them last minute because our other caterer FLAKED! They put together a menu in 2 days for less than the original caterer and my guests are STILL talking about my food. 7 months later. We had a Southern brunch with mimosas, shrimp & grits, an omelet bar, French toast with fresh whipped cream & fruit, fried chicken and homemade rolls... AWESOME!!!! They also set up and broke down everything
