Cayce was an absolute godsend for our wedding!!! We hired Cayce after encountering one too many problems with the original planner we hired, and she stepped in, took charge, and was such a JOY to work with in the final 4 months leading up to our wedding weekend. She is so passionate about her work, always has a solution, and is completely trustworthy and reliable. One example of this: After being left empty-handed by our former planner, Cayce was able to take our wedding vision and whip out a well-thought out and gorgeous floral guide to share with potential florists in a matter of 2 days - not only was that wicked fast, but I was so impressed with her level of organization (this was something our other vendors and members of our wedding party remarked on too!). No task is too big or small for Cayce, and she quickly became someone I felt like I could lean on for a logistical question, design inspiration, or even a quick laugh when needed.



As for the wedding day itself, everything was a dream. Cayce runs a well-oiled machine and it shows: every detail was executed perfectly (and if it wasn't, I never had to deal with it because her team was on top of everything). The team itself is fantastic, too - they kept us organized, hydrated and fed all day too (hi, Fiona!). We had the best time because it was a completely stress-free experience, so we could actually focus on our wedding and spending time with our guests!



Bottom line: I've worked with many event planners around the country, and Cayce is squarely at the top with the best of the best. I cannot recommend or thank her enough!!!

I would have been a stressed out mess if it wasn't for Steele Magnolia Events. It can be really hard for me to trust people with organizing something so close to my heart but Cayce was amazing! I didn't really have a thing to worry about and she so graciously worked hard to get us what we wanted within budget. On the big day everything ran smoothly and I am so thankful for Cayce's quick-thinking, confident resourcefulness. From my dress needing to be professionally steamed last minute at David's Bridal to fixing my Grandma's broken heel 😅 Cayce (and Fiona) were on it!

I literally cannot say enough about Cayce and her team! Planning a wedding at any time is stressful but planning during a pandemic is a whole new level of tough! When my original venue told me that I was only going to be able to have 10 people for my wedding I was totally freaking out. Within a few hours Cayce helped me find a new venue, new DJ, and so much more! She literally helped me replan a whole new wedding! She also helped me remain calm during this stressful time and always reminded me that it would be perfect and it absolutely was! On the day of the wedding I had nothing to worry about and I was truly able to relax and enjoy the special day! Cayce and her team took care of everything and the day was absolutely beautiful!
