We had Olivia and Hailey capture our wedding. Love their style! However, while we paid for two shooters, there were several separate instances where we were unable to locate either of them in our one-room venue during our reception. This was what we were trying to avoid and ultimately why we chose and paid for two photographers. We wanted to accommodate for breaks, and anything else that might come up while still having one photographer to cover.

Olivia offered a partial refund for this, but ultimately went back on her word and provided zero compensation. She stated that they, “fulfilled their contract.” I would have to disagree, if you pay for two photographers - you should get two photographers, or at least one when you need them!

I would feel terrible if other couples weren’t advised of this going into a contract with her. This was, as it is for most couples, the most expensive part of our wedding day. Though we have lots of great shots, it’s a stain on my memory to think of the many missed opportunities.
