Great service, it was so nice!

We rented the Cadillac Escalade it showed up on time and the driver was the best he new how to work the limo perfectly and also was very kind. The limo was nice everything works and plenty of air-conditioning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I used this limo service for my wedding and was EXTREMELY disappointed. The driver was on time to pick up my bridal party but got lost on the way to the first stop, eating into our time. It was a 95 degree day and the air conditioning in the limo did not work. At our second stop we were supposed to pick up another 6 people for a total of 14 people in a 14 person limo. There was no way that many people would fit in the limo even though the advertised for 14. We had to call and get a second limo just to get all our people where they needed to be. Then we were a 1/2 hour late (because the driver had gotten lost) and they company charged my credit card for that time. When I called and talked to them about it they said they would refund the additional money they had charged me, which they did not. I had to call back a second time in order to get the the money back, there internet had been "broken" right after I called. The owner did refund the additional time they had charged but the service on the day of the wedding was terrible.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The limousine was the worst limousine I’ve ever seen in my life. It was filthy dirty inside. Disgusting stained upholstery (look at photo below). It was spray painted on the outside. AC was terrible. We were all hot in the limo, it would not cool down. It was just disgusting. I am so mad that we had to pay for such an awful, old limo. They could have at least dusted and wiped it down. It was nasty. Shame on this company. I advise everyone to stay away from Starlight Limousine.

I strongly advise against choosing this particular limo service company and recommend seeking a more professional alternative. Upon the driver's arrival, it became apparent that the limo had been subject to spray paint in certain areas, presumably to conceal rust. Expressing my concerns about the vehicle's age and its potential disappointment to passengers, the driver acknowledged its poor condition, admitting that it had not been properly maintained. He informed me that the air conditioning in the rear compartment was non-functional, and suggested that opening the windows would be necessary. Throughout our conversation, he repeatedly emphasized the owners' apparent lack of attentiveness or concern, claiming to have communicated the issues to them on multiple occasions. The right window of the limo was inoperative, necessitating assistance from the driver to control its movement. Meanwhile, the left window exhibited limited functionality, requiring multiple attempts (approximately 20 clicks) to operate properly. Stains on the ceiling indicated previous water leakage, while pervasive dust and general neglect were evident throughout the vehicle. I have comprehensive photographic evidence and a video recording capturing my conversation with the driver. Notably, the windows exhibited signs of cracking and a black film, likely applied to obscure the damage. The interior appeared unclean and unkempt. Despite the driver's amicable demeanor, he consistently expressed dissatisfaction with the vehicle's condition and lamented the owners' disregard for customer complaints. I strongly recommend that you refrain from utilizing the services of this company.

If would seriously rate this limo service NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could! We hired Starlight Limousine and would never do it again! The limo that picked us up was absolutely disgusting, old, dirty, smelly, and had no AC. There was dust all over that made us sneeze, it was honestly super old, beat up, and grungy. Limo was way over its due retirement age but please READ ON! We didn’t feel safe because there was so much vibration and shaking - it felt like a couple wheels were going to fall off. All the ice in our drink holders was gone because it was so damn hot in the limo! We asked the driver to turn the AC on and he told us it was on and isn’t working. After over 30 min of suffering and on last 10 min of our ride sweating hard core we finally opened the back windows for whatever hot breeze was outside on a hot day because it was better than the super hot air limo was blowing through the vents! Trust me, I know it takes time for AC to kick in sometimes but it clearly was not working! The longer we rode the hotter it got! It was seriously over 90 degrees in the limo and super hot air was blowing out of the vents! I would NEVER EVER recommend this limo service to anyone unless you wanna sweat hard core like we did. It ruined our whole experience. If you wanna sweat ‘til you’re dripping wet on your wedding day by all mead hire them!

I would never recommend this limousine service to anyone. The outside of the limo was disgusting and the inside was worse. It smelled like stale cigarettes had trash all over, dirty floors, seats were ripped. It was 106 that day and the AC was broke blowing extremely hot air out. It was hotter inside than it was when we got out. The owner was completely disrespectful, hung up on my husband twice, yelled at him, made up excuses, and then right after made an unauthorized charge of an extra $280 dollars. Completely unprofessional and they are thief’s. Stay away!!!

Any other limo company will give you a safer, more professional and comfortable ride!
