The main ballroom was beautiful and the food was great. The coordinator, Paul, was very helpful in assisting us in having a wonderful wedding reception.

We had our doubts about the banquet center early on, because it seemed like they weren't willing to nail down our contract or give us an estimate on prices of things that fluctuate (namely alcohol). However, it ended up working out really well and the prices were great. They let us bring in our own alcohol rather than order through them, as well as bring in our own snacks for a cocktail hour/after dinner.
We did our catering through their in-house caterer and it was FANTASTIC. Seriously, two months after the wedding, we are still getting compliments about the food. (Also, it was very inexpensive when compared with most Lansing-area reception venues.)
