We rented tables, chairs, plateware, a tent, and a dance floor from Special Occasions for our outdoor wedding. They were great to work with and we were able to get a great sense of what we were renting from their showroom. We made some last minute adjustments to the rental, and they came through. The delivery and pick-up was very straightforward.

Special Occasions Event Rentals is a wonderful establishment. They are so very helpful and friendly. All of the associates were a pleasure to work with. We started off with one associate and had a great experience! She showed us all kinds of options and made some recommendations and then let us play around with different table settings and were instructed that we could take as long as we like. We probably looked for close to 2 hours. When it came time to place our order after thinking about what we wanted for several days, we really wanted to work with the same person, but it was her day off and were directed to another associate. She also was just wonderful to work with. We then placed our order for everything, from the tent to dishes, linens, silverware, table decor, table and chairs. Everything arrived in perfect condition and on time (actually earlier so we had more time to set up!) They had forgot one part of a particular item that we ordered and immediately met me at my chosen destination and made it right. They were so nice and friendly and all of the items were top notch. I would highly recommend this company!

All the staff I dealt with were helpful. They had great prices and and lots of good information. We picked up and returned the decor and tent we rented, and the staff was very flexible in letting us return things after hours. Great folks!

Special Occasions provided the lighting and several key decorative elements for my wedding. Not only are they the most reasonably priced tent lighting service in the area (I got married at the Deepwood Estate in Salem OR, and a company in Salem had quoted me around $2000 to just put up lights in the tent) Special Occasions charged me around half of that! Not only did Special Occasions provide me with phenomenal service at bargain prices, they were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! The very sweet fellas who set up the day of the wedding even put the lights on a dimmer for me, as a little wedding gift! :) This is after they had to hand cart all the supplies and lights down an access road, since the venue would not unlock it for them early. Oh, and when our venue was being a jerk and not allowing us (the couple) to have any rentals delivered at the venue until the time we contracted for, Special Occasions very sweetly delivered the stuff to our hotel, and picked it up there the following day- since the venue wouldn't let us leave it there over night.

We had nothing but an easy process with Special Occasions. We got many comments on how beautiful and delicious our cake was. They were a wonderful place to go through. My brother and sister both had nothing but an easy and carefree experience with them as well.

They were great to deal with. Very professional, and the best deal out there!
