We strive to provide you with a wedding that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime. Our goal is to make your day stress-free. Your Wedding Day is the only wedding on the premises, making it more personable with all your guests. We take pride in hosting the Wedding of your Dreams!
Conveniently located minutes from I-80 and I-57 and close to the southern suburbs, as well as near the city. Minutes from beautiful downtown Frankfort. We offer:
- Use of facility and grounds
- One-level reception area @ 225 max.
- Private bridal suite with powder room
- Planning support (starts at reservation), wedding planner available for an additional fee.
- Sabre Room Chandeliers, various chandeliers, and string lights throughout the Venue.
- Ceiling Fans
- Staff on sight for clean up, assistance, etc.
- Elegant indoor Bathrooms available (handicap accessible)
- All Tables and white padded garden chairs are included
- Separate space available for indoor ceremony (seats@150)

Easy, smooth, perfect
I don’t even know where to begin to say how perfect this venue was. Even more perfect were the owners. Terri and her husband had gone above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They stuck by our side during the pandemic and made everything fun so smoothly. The location and barn are just the place for a rustic wedding. And the decorating is on point!

Beautiful Venue with Amazing Owners
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and the owners. From day one they have been so wonderful and welcoming. Easy to work with, flexible through COVID, amazingly beautiful space! Air conditioning!!! Guests LOVED Southern Charm as much as me and my husband did!
