SoulX was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. We knew we wanted our reception to feel like a huge celebration, and Christine and the entire band completely exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning of the night, the energy was incredible, and once the dancing started, the dance floor was packed. They are ridiculously talented musicians and performers, but what impressed us most was how well they read the room and kept the momentum going all night long. Our guests are still talking about the band and telling us how much fun they had! They really took our wedding celebration to the next level! Christine was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process and made everything feel easy and seamless. SoulX brought such an amazing energy to our wedding and was a huge part of what made the reception so memorable. If having an unforgettable party is important to you, book them. We truly could not recommend SoulX more highly!

This is the second time we have had the privilege of hiring Soul X Band to celebrate one of the most important occasions in our family’s life.

The first was our son’s wedding in Vail in 2024. When the venue and date were finalized for our daughter’s wedding at Camp Hale in September 2026, one of our very first calls was to Christine at Soul X. We knew they were in high demand - and having now celebrated two weddings with them, I can say that is entirely deserved.

Soul X is quite simply an extraordinary band.

From the outset, Christine was exceptionally professional, responsive and completely on top of every detail. That deserves particular mention because Camp Hale is a spectacular venue, but producing a wedding in the middle of the Colorado mountains involves an enormous amount of logistics. Our ceremony and reception were in separate locations, my husband needed a sound check because he was singing during the ceremony, and there were countless moving parts behind the scenes. Christine and her team handled everything with such ease and professionalism that, from our perspective, it felt as though there were no logistics at all. Anyone who has ever organized a large event knows that making something complicated look effortless is an art in itself.

And then there is the band.

They were simply superb. From Miguel who infused the party with energy and positivity, to the singers, guitarists, horn section and every musician on that stage, the level of talent was remarkable. I only wish I knew everyone’s names so that I could thank each of them individually.

Our guests barely stopped dancing. In fact, when many of them learned beforehand that Soul X - the band from our son’s wedding - would also be playing at our daughter’s wedding, they were so excited because they remembered what an incredible party Soul X had created two years earlier.

But what makes this band so special goes beyond musical talent. Weddings are precious and emotional occasions for families, and the members of Soul X seem to understand that they are not simply performing at an event - they are helping create the memories of one of the most meaningful nights of a family’s life. There is a warmth and generosity in the way they perform that makes everyone feel joyful, and a part of the experience.

One moment captures that perfectly for me. During the reception, the saxophonist came off the stage, playing the saxophone as he wove his way through the guests on the dance floor. There was no separation between the musicians, the guests, and the celebration. I had the privilege of dancing alongside him for a little while, and for those few minutes it felt as though the music had completely enveloped and infused the wedding. It was joyful, spontaneous, exhilarating and almost impossible to describe - and I wish I could relive it.

My only regret is that I don’t have more children whose weddings I can hire Soul X for!

If I could give Soul X 11 out of 10, 12 out of 10, or six stars on a five-star review, I would. We have nothing but the deepest gratitude and appreciation for Christine and every member of this remarkable band. It amazes me that we have musicians of this caliber here in Colorado, capable of creating celebrations that families and their guests will remember for the rest of their lives.

Soul X did an absolutely fantastic job at our wedding! We had our ceremony at 10k ft elevation in Vail, and Soul X could not have made the process easier. The MC was incredible at getting the crowd hyped, and they knew all of the perfect songs to play at the right time to keep the party going the whole time. We had such an amazing experience with Soul X for our wedding! From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible and played such a huge part in making our day so special.

We especially want to thank them for learning “Touch the Sky” for us. It meant so much to us and made the moment even more memorable. The dueling pianos were SO much fun and such a unique addition to the celebration, and the string quartet did a beautiful job as well.

Everything came together perfectly, and our friends and family absolutely loved the music and entertainment. We received so many compliments from our guests!

The band was awesome! Had everyone moving on the dance floor and the emcee brought the heat. Christine and team were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Our family can't say enough about how fantastic it was to have SoulX provide the music for my daughter's wedding June 7th at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons, Colorado.
First, we asked for string instruments and it added to the outdoor ambiance to have them playing while people came in. It seemed like something out of the "Bridgerton series" and they made the before ceremony aristic and lovely. They played the theme from the movie Princess Bride for the bridal march and everyone was swept up in the moment.
Next, the rest of Soul,X which also included a trumpet, trombone and saxophone, played for the reception. All of the musicians are talented made it memorable. A special shout out to the sax player who often came onto the dance floor to play right with dancers. He even gave a special musical tribute to children who attended.

I would pay to hear them play anywhere/anytime. They were excellent musicians and seemed to really LOVE what they are doing. That energy was infectious to the attendees, the wedding party and to me and my husband; mother and father of the bride. They were worth every dollar and then some. I highly recommend SoulX for any event. They made the wedding special!!!!!

Soul X went above and beyond to make our reception personal, full of energy and an all night dance party. They rolled with a few curveballs and were so gracious and fun. We are big music people and Christine and the other vocalists and musicians brought their top game and had everyone mentioning the band for days after. They’ll go down as the major highlight of the day (beside getting married!). Don’t hesitate and snatch them up before they’re booked!!

We absolutely loved this band! From ballads to 90s hip hop they crush every song. And their crowd interaction is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone said it was the best party they’ve been to and I think it’s because of the band!
