Sophie and Yelena are the best dream team, and far exceeded our wedding day photography expectations! From our initial planning call, I loved how collaborate this mother-daughter duo was, and how excited they were about our big day. They offered amazing advice from past weddings and vendor experiences, which is truly invaluable in the wedding industry, especially since it was my first time with anything wedding related! Every time I had a question, they quickly responded, which put my anxiety at ease.
Before the big day, we had a planning call where we reviewed my shot list and biggest requests for photography. I loved how I was able to outline every single family photo I wanted, down to each person who would be included in the photo.
Looking back, there is not ONE photo I wish I had because Sophie + Yelena covered it all!
I am in awe of the amazing photos they captured, making this memorable day something I could never forget. Each photo is unique in its own way, and they understood the vibe I wanted for our photos (also while magically making the photos look like it was not a rainy day) -- even with a husband who hates photos being taken, they made it happen!
Within 48 hours, we had a huge preview album sent over to us - can't say thank you enough to the team for this quick turnaround as we wanted to go into our honeymoon phone free so we were able to post our wedding photo and unplug for a bit!

WOW! Where do I begin? I got married 10-13-23 and besides marrying my best friend the second-best choice I made was hiring Sophie Gabriella Photography. I am someone who loves photos and when it came to looking for a wedding photographer let's just say I went through about thirty of them before I found their page on Instagram. The day went so smoothly Yelena and Sophie aren't just photographers they feel like they are your friends and you've known them forever. My husband who isn't really a photo kind of guy was so comfortable in front of the camera. They are seriously the sweetest team. I hired a content creator for my wedding instead of a videographer. Yelena and Sophie were incredible with the content creator they were beyond sweet to her and even helped her with poses. If they are free for your wedding day all I can say is don't hesitate and book them as soon as possible. It was truly magical; I had all my bridesmaids and even content creator constantly ask me throughout the day "Where did you find such an incredible photography team?" I couldn't be happier with my choice, and I am certain you will be too. I promise you they will not disappoint; I will continue to recommend them to anyone getting married. Sophie and Yelena are not just amazing wedding photographers, they are so much more. Not only are they extremely professional and talented but they go far above and beyond their role. They made me feel comfortable, calmed me down then I got nervous, looked out for me, kept my wedding schedule running on track, made sure to get THE shot no matter what, and so much more. I came across Sophie Gabriella Photography through instagram and boy did we get lucky. There were so many photographers in social media but there was something about her profile and photos that made me want to book her. The first time we met was during our engagement shoot almost a week before our wedding day! Which was also Yelena’s birthday - so thankful she chose to celebrate her day with us. Yelena and Sophie are a mother duo team that can’t be beat! They are a dream team. They work together so quick and effortlessly. They have the warmest personality. We immediately felt close and comfortable. Fast forward to our wedding day, I was even sending them pic inspos until 1 AM of my wedding day and they truly met our expectations and more. They made our day go SO smoothly. Their instructions were clear and they have such a good eye. Yelena pays attention to every detail while Sophie shoots so beautifully. They are the nicest, warmest, and caring individuals you will ever come across. May God continue to bless them with their talent. I could not have asked for better women to work with for my wedding! Sophie was efficient without ever making us feel rushed in any way. We had a few stops in the morning and they made sure we had time to get everything done, which was very important to me. They helped me recreate some photos from my parents’ wedding. They even stayed late so they we could get pictures of our cake cutting. They made everyone feel comfortable and if my husband didn’t want to do a certain pose, she moved right along. No offense taken. Very professional! And most importantly, besides being genuine lovely people to work with, the pictures were beautiful. Way more pictures than I expected! Family and friends are stunned. I really can’t compliment her and her work enough! Definitely plan to use her again in the future :)

Sophie and Yelena are AMAZING! We hired them for our wedding. On our big day they made us feel at ease, they showed up on time, and got to work immediately, organizing the space and the people to get the right shots. They take such pride in their work, and it shows! My husband who hates to be photographed was smiling in every picture! Our photos are gorgeous, I cannot believe every moment captured. Don’t walk; RUN to book Sophie and Gabriella Photography! My original photographer got COVID and was unable to shoot the wedding three days before the date. This team could not have stepped into the role and come more prepared! They were organized, amazing with instructions, captured everything we asked for, and cared for us as if they have known us a lifetime. They even surprised me with a sneak peak the NEXT DAY. The pictures came out magical. I cannot speak more highly. 10/10!!!! Thank you guys!!!

We booked Sophie & Yelena for our upcoming wedding and just took our engagement photos. Let me tell you… they do NOT disappoint. They’re so sweet, personable, funny, laid back, etc. I could go on and on. They also instruct you how to pose which was something my fiancé and I absolutely needed. They fully supported our puppy being in the photos and Yelena even took care of him while assisting Sophie in shooting. They made the shoot so fun, relaxed and we were able to be our true selves in front of them and the camera. We are absolutely thrilled to see the outcome of the photos and this experience makes us SO confident in their work for our wedding. 100000/100000 recommend!!
