Sophie and Yelena are the best dream team, and far exceeded our wedding day photography expectations! From our initial planning call, I loved how collaborate this mother-daughter duo was, and how excited they were about our big day. They offered amazing advice from past weddings and vendor experiences, which is truly invaluable in the wedding industry, especially since it was my first time with anything wedding related! Every time I had a question, they quickly responded, which put my anxiety at ease.
Before the big day, we had a planning call where we reviewed my shot list and biggest requests for photography. I loved how I was able to outline every single family photo I wanted, down to each person who would be included in the photo.
Looking back, there is not ONE photo I wish I had because Sophie + Yelena covered it all!
I am in awe of the amazing photos they captured, making this memorable day something I could never forget. Each photo is unique in its own way, and they understood the vibe I wanted for our photos (also while magically making the photos look like it was not a rainy day) -- even with a husband who hates photos being taken, they made it happen!
Within 48 hours, we had a huge preview album sent over to us - can't say thank you enough to the team for this quick turnaround as we wanted to go into our honeymoon phone free so we were able to post our wedding photo and unplug for a bit!

We loved working with Sophie and Yelena for our wedding. I am absolutely obsessed with the style of photography, I wanted to be sure to get some more editorial shots along with the classic wedding pictures and they did just that. On the big day, they came in and got right to work, they gave us lots of direction, which I was thankful for, and had so many great ideas for nontraditional shots, but they always listened to us making sure we were wanted to take them too. When it came to getting all of the bridal party and family pictures, they were true professionals and a well-oiled machine in terms of guiding everyone through the photo process so quickly and efficiently.

They were also amazing at capturing a lot of the special moments throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, some candid and some pre-planned. For the photos we had pre-planned with them and asked for, they would come find us at a good time and had everything set for a quick shot, and they delivered on exactly what we were looking for.

And they were so quick with the highlight photos! Before they left the wedding they showed us the highlights live and I had the link in my inbox the next day! We've already received so many compliments and I can't wait to receive the rest of them! We would definitely recommend them for your wedding!
