We had our wedding in a small town where the catering options are limited to begin with. Sopa's is a family-run restaurant in the middle of town that has always been known for their authentic Mexican food... but we didn't really want Mexican food. When I went to talk with the owners, they were very responsive in offering us other options. I was given 3 different sample menus that same day, including a price quote. The price was amazingly low for the quality of food and service that we received. We ended up with delicious chicken salad sandwiches on fresh rolls, beautiful garden salads, creamy macaroni salads, and fruit and veggie platters. Everything was delicious, delivered on time, and they even gave us a week to get all the utensils back to them that we had borrowed. I was extremely happy with the food and the service and would order catering from them again in a heartbeat!
