Since 1955, Posa's Tamale Factory & Restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico, has been welcoming people from all walks of life, whatever the occasion, be it their wedding, anniversary, birthday, or retirement. It is a family-owned business moulded in the long-standing traditions of New Mexico, offering original recipes and mouthwatering flavors that co-founder Aurora Lujan brought with her to Santa Fe. Her oldest daughter, Carmen, along with her husband, Antonio, expanded and elevated the company to new heights throughout the 20th century before passing the torch to the third generation of owners, their own son, Jeffrey.
