This lady was so sweet and helpful. Took me on last minute and did all the tasks I had asked and more. She made sure I felt comfortable and secure and even apologized for seeming as if she was bothering me. Uh no way! She was so helpful I cried to my now HUSBAND. Was one of the three nice people my husband loved.

I was in search for a unique style belt for my wedding dress on etsy and as I continued I saw the same styles until I came across Smyth Closet page. She was very attentive, professional and accommodating from our first conversation. I sent her numerous images from my vision for the belt by showing her photos of my dress, the bridesmaids then possible accessories. Just from all of that she was inspired to make my dream belt within hours. I was in amazement of seeing how quickly the product was completed. The photo taken didn't do the product any justice in comparison to seeing it in person. The belt is perfect and will be a beautiful piece of frosting to my dress. I highly recommend Smyth's services. She aims to please her clients!

Issues with this vendor:
1. My husband and I asked the vendor to NOT move our bird cage of cards during our reception. Sha'Ri failed to follow instructions on this, moved our bird cage very early on in the night and several guests were asking us where to put cards. We asked her to bring the cage back so guests could continue to drop gifts off.
2. Half of our wedding cards were stolen from our wedding as a result of our bird cage being moved to our bridal suite (where the cards were stolen from.)
3. In addition to half of our cards, 6/9 bridesmaids had money stolen out of their wallets in the bridal suite.
4. Smyth Planning was one of FEW people, other than the bridal party, who knew we were getting ready on site, at the Bridal Suite (which was not close to our wedding reception or ceremony site.)
5. The DJ had called for her several times throughout the night for wedding coordination and she was nowhere to be found - unreliable.
6. Throughout the night, vendor was seen drinking and dancing instead of coordinating.
7. Spent last hour of wedding "arguing on the phone" with the shuttle driver and completely was not there to coordinate our sparkler exit - which led all of our guests to become impatient and light the sparklers on the dance floor. My husband and I never got to have the staged exit we planned with our photographer due to her absence.
8. During her absence is when our cards were stolen and money was noticed missing from the wallets.
9. I listened to her tell me I should get fake flowers. I asked for all real touch, which my bridesmaids received, and they were beautiful. My bouquet was made out of silk flowers and was not appealing. I scrambled the day before the wedding to get a real bouquet made up for myself.
10. For two hours on wedding day, she sat in bridal suite and carried on small talk with bridal party. I felt very nervous things were not going to get done on time because she was waiting for someone at the venue to bring her a golf cart.
