Daryl and his crew were GREAT!!! When they agreed to do our wedding, I was so HAPPY, and when they said they'd bring their fire truck to fit our theme, I was EXCITED!!!!! They got there on time, FOOD WAS GREAT, and their SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! Thank you guys for going above and beyond!!! I highly recommend Smokin D's for a wedding, or any event at that!!! Daryl and his crew were everything we could have hoped for. We had some serious BBQ aficionados at our wedding and they were all blown away. We had brisket, chicken, and pork loin with three different sauces, coleslaw, beans, southern rice, and Texas toast. Our friends and family said it was the best food at a wedding they had ever eaten. Daryl really did it up to - he brought a large smoker and finished smoking the meat right there and carved it for all of our guests. Obviously our reception was on the casual side, but good food is always in style and these guys bring it!
