I had hired John for a wedding I was working. He created a masterful promotional video for my DJ business which doubled as an amazing video for my clients. His hard work was clearly visible, as I have seen hundreds of weddings and his has been the best I have witnessed to this day.

One of the most important pieces of our wedding was making sure we had a videographer to capture our special day and I am so glad we choose John and SMART Video. He has been a delight to work from answering all of my questions to making sure my husband and I were comfortable on our big day in Johnson City. I cannot tell you how thrilled my husband and I were with SMART Video Services. From the moment we booked him, John was on top of the ball-- asking us exactly what we wanted, getting a feel for our day before arriving, and making sure we had everything we wanted to be videotaped. He was continuously professional and very responsive-- I always had responses within a day (unlike other companies that I looked at). His prices are very reasonable for the quality and length of the video that you get. I know so many of my friends who have gotten married get 4-5 minute videos and that's it! John gives you a full length motion picture to always remember your day, but he also gives you a shortened up version at the very end of the video. He captured all of the moments!!! The best part, for me, was that my grandmother is very hard of hearing, so she didn't get to hear the ceremony the day of, but John put a mic on my husband, so when we watched the video, all of our voices were so clear! My grandma was able to listen to our wedding day. That was certainly priceless. John makes you feel comfortable, and he never is in the way. He is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I truly cannot say enough great things about John and the video I got after my wedding.
