We had an amazing experience working with Slate Street for our wedding! the food was amazing and the knowledge and experience of their catering manager, Marylou, was outstanding. Everyone we worked with was amazingly helpful, professional, friendly, and communicative. Would absolutely recommend.

Since our wedding was at the balloon museum, we had a pick of 6 vendors to use. We chose Slate Street because of friends who said they're food was excellent. They were not wrong. The food was absolutely fantastic and our guests we kept raving about it. They are more than other vendors but for the quality of food it was definitely worth it! Dana (catering manager) was great to work with and was even at the reception making sure everything turned out great!

We wanted a place to host a luncheon for family and friends right after the ceremony at the Temple in Albuquerque and they really did a great job! All the other places we looked at wanted to charge a large amount to get a space and food. Because Slate Street Cafe is closed from 2-5pm, we were able to book that time in the restaurant and have the place all to ourselves! The space is just lovely and very unique and the food was delicious! I especially enjoyed the small cupcakes. Everyone liked the food and the location and people were able to meet in small groups and talk while eating and then mingle for more conversation, if needed. The staff was very professional and everything was prepped and ready on time. I was truly glad to make Slate Street Cafe a part of my wedding day! (And my husband and I still get lunch there every now and then when we're up in Albuquerque!) Great food that is unique to New Mexico!
