My ring was made in house from recycled jewelry (my fiancé knows me well). He asked me and then picked out, purchased, and had the engagement ring on my finger the very next day! The staff helped him find exactly what he was looking for. My ring wasn’t on the show floor yet, after my baby said no to everything on the shelves- they pulled my ring from the back! First try he loved it, they paid attention to what he was looking for and by default have a very impressed bride to be!

We went to the Skaneateles branch for both of our wedding bands, as well as my engagement ring. The customer service is always exceptional. Whether it is getting a ring cleaned or selecting a band the staff are always friendly and helpful. When selecting bands they were supportive and offered ideas/suggestions without being pushy. They were mindful of our budget and needs. I highly recommend for their great customer service!

Excellent service!!! They know most of their customers by name and always treat you with the utmost respect. All service to rings was done with us present and only took a max of 1 hour. Absolutely recommend.

my now-husband has gotten all of my jewelry from here and i would never want him to go anywhere else! they custom made my engagement ring which led to my wedding band being custom made in order to better match my engagement ring. they did an awesome job! my husband also had a necklace made for me there that he gave to me on our wedding day and i absolutely love it! they are awesome and recommend them!

We bought my wedding band there after searching all over for one that would fit with my great grandmother's engagement ring. They were wonderful and found a way for us to finance it.

Charlie at Skaneateles Jewelry is professional and knows his selections very well. He also offered more affordable options instead of the initial design I fell in love with. They have an on site jeweler who duplicates any style you want and can create it in various materials. The quality of this jeweler is the best in Syracuse...not like the stores in the mall.
