Sincerely Happy Photography & Photo Booth

Arrived on time, quick seemless set up. All of our guests loved this!

The photo booth was broken most of the reception. Contract states that it will be operable at least 90% of the time but this was not the case. I asked for a partial refund considering I paid $700 for an photo booth that did not work but Keiran would not provide one. She told me she would provide documentation showing when the photo booth was operable but never did and after a struggle she said she would refund me $100 but never followed through and now she wont return my emails or phone calls. She is unresponsive, very hard to get a hold of, rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your money on this photo booth. Very disappointing.

I went to a wedding a few months ago that used Sincerely Happy Photo Booth. The machine was broken about an hour into the reception. The lady running the photo booth just kept saying it was broken and standing there. Photo booths are one of the best parts of a wedding and it was very unfortunate that this one broke without any solution to fix it.
