When introduced to Simone Edmonds we were impressed from the start.As we shared our ideas, thoughts and plans she listened; she made her suggestions and the results was an elegant affair which exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and exceptional! The service she provided along with her staff was flawless, and the event is truly unforgettable. Our guests are still talking about it today! We appreciate the love and care that she put into her job allowing us to have the best wedding reception possible.

We can't say enough about the quality of service and high value Simone provided us with. She went above and beyond and we were truly blown away. Not only did the food taste incredible, but the presentation was wonderful as well. We were also able to get our linens and chair covers through Simone, which made things a great deal easier. We did have a small issue with some of her contracted staff, but that was of no fault of Simone and she was quick to respond to the situation. All in all, we were highly impressed with Simone, her husband, her staff, and her services and would recommend her to anyone needing an amazing caterer.
