You get to enjoy both farm and city life on 21 acres just 5 miles from downtown Lexington and 15 minutes from Bluegrass Airport. Once you enter the stone entrance, you will feel complete paradise and serene privacy. The beautiful sunset you will see from all angles of the farm.There are two decks, one nestled down by the historic Silver Springs Spring that was at one time the historic Silver Springs Distillery owned by James E Pepper and Henry Clay. Another deck settles in the middle of the vineyard. Also, there are 2 more luscious green space sites, Cottage Lawn and Cabin Lawn, these sites can accomodate a larger wedding party and attendees up to 200 guest

Accommodation and bridesmaid quarter is a cottage guesthouse fully furnished one bedroom, one bath with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and common area with two twin beds. The cottage guesthouse has been available for over 5 years. Also have the option of being a Honeymoon Suite for the whole week.

You will raise a glass of the award-winning 2020 KY Commissioner’s Cup Sparkling wine called Black Type Traminette Sparkling Wine produced by Silver Springs Farm Eqwine & Vineyard when the time comes for the Champagne toast.

For the golf enthusiast, we have a couple of what we call our fairways leading up to a golf green and hole. There is a tasting room cabin on the fairway where the groomsmen will get dressed.

Last but not least, everyone knows what the state of Kentucky is known for Beautiful women and horses. The spelling Eqwine get it, not only are we a winery but because we have our very own brood mares on the property which you may take photos with the horses. This wedding venue can be yours for the day or weekend. As you can see, we have plenty of options to choose from.
