My experience from start to finish was smooth. The design on my photos was exactly what I wanted and my guests had a blast.

Im not pleased with the customer service that I received on 4/20/2018. I didn't get the back drop that I requested for my day. I messaged and asked for a open booth and was told that was confirmed . When I brought it up to the owners attention after the event she said it couldnt fit. communication would have been nice. There was no one worker at my event to assistant with the booth. I was told that he was there just in and out. I didnt see one one and the kids took tons of pictures but were not aware the machine was able to be adjusted to their height so they werent able to be seen. I called a few times after to express my concerns and no return calls. I have sent a few messages about the rest of the product ( photo album and usb drive ) I paid for and was told a date of 5/5 and here it is a week later and I have yet to receive my items that I paid for. Iam truly unsatisfied with the services.

So i used this company in May of 2017 for my sisters and I graduation party. I actually enjoyed working with Seydi. So I'm August of 2019 when my sister was graduating with her masters and asked me who i recommended I have her seydi's company. Days leading to the event I tried contacting her and my emails went unanswered or I would call and my call would go unanswered but I would get an email right away. The day of the event everything was hectic and I was pregnant so it's not until everything settled down that I noticed that Seydi wasn't there. I just happened to look at my email and noticed that she sent me an email saying that they wouldn't let her through the gate but what I couldn't understand was why she never called me to let me know.all of my other vendors had no issues . She just left without contacting me or anything like that I called her over 25 times she was the only form of photography we had hired for that night and it was also my sisters surprise proposal and we had no pictures, I went and bought one of those insta pix 15 minutes b4 the event I was so sad for my sister. I cried. Never again

She decided to just not show up. All of my communication was via email so I have a trail that proves her confirming my event date and time. However, day of the event she claims I never confirmed with her. I was left without a photo booth for my 20 year high school reunion. I can’t even begin to express my disgust toward Seydi and her lack of professionalism. The only plus side is she did refund my money quickly. I think she knows she screwed up big time! Don’t use this company people; she is a flake who doesn’t know how to run a business.
