Exceptional!!!!

Ship Our Wedding was a great find. I happened across them while searching online for rentals for an upcoming pageant in Nashville, Tn. There are so many vendors I could ave used in our area but I am so glad I went with Ship Our Wedding even though they were out of state. The quality of the poles and fabric for pipe and drape were better than I ever imagined. The equipment is very sturdy and what I would describe to be perfect for the most professional sets. (a little heavy but very easy to assemble) The flower columns were absolutely beautiful and made the stage set gorgeous and the other rentals like the chair covers and sashes were like adding the finishing touches of jewelry to an amazing outfit. Rob was extremely helpful and continually checked in on me to see if we needed anything else or if we had any questions. Even the driver Scott, who delivered the shipment to us was very friendly and professional. This company is top notch and I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an amazing design for their wedding, party or other event. Thank you Rob!

One of the six shipment boxes got delayed at FedEx Shipping depot and vendor called to help locate it and get it expedited to me.

Great Gatsby Sweet 16

Ship my wedding came through for my daughters 16! We had a great Gatsby themed party so we rented the red carpet, stanchions, and lights. Rob was very professional and helpful, and answered all my questions. The rentals were all top notch, high quality items. I would definitely recommend this business for your rental needs!

Easy to use and great value!

We rented 20 uplights for our wedding reception just over a week before our wedding date after a different rental fell through. After booking online, Rob from Ship Our Weddings was able to personally confirm the availability of the lights and also walked me through the easy process of receiving the lights and pointed me to several of their ready-made online resources to assist with set up once you receive the lights. The lights came 4 or 5 days before our event and were securely packaged in cases with specific instructions on how to set up and also how to repack and send for return (with shipping labels included). Our DJ was able to set up the lights with no additional oversight or questions. We used them to add some soft warm lighting to our reception space. Pictures looked great! The pricing was competitive and the best we found compared to similar services we found online and locally. Rob was really friendly and had we run into any issues I’m sure he/ the team would have been able to help troubleshoot.

I had some trouble ordering online so I reached out to the company and talk Rob who was very kind and helpful figuring out what not only was the issue but how to solve it so that my order be here on time for my event.

This is the company to call their are helpful and very professional. Everything you order from them not only looks as pictured but give luxury feel

Happy and satisfied customer for life

Rob and his stellar team saw to every detail with professionalism and precision on every level. Not only were his products top-notch, but they were delivered early with explicit instructions. He even called us to walk us through the process with our flower garland. We usedthem from everything to dry mirrors, cascading from tables, draping over furniture for photo op, vignettes, and wrapping onto metal frames to create the most gorgeous, jaw dropping centerpieces. There is no way I could’ve executed this engagement party without his help. I have been an event planner for over 35 years and I have never been so impressed with everything from products, services and pricing. Rob and his team were the absolute best. He has made a satisfied and happy customer out of me for life.

Happy Customer

I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find Ship Our Wedding. They saved me a lot of money and time. I really love how the backdrop and garland turned out for my daughter's Wedding. If I would of had to buy all the stuff I would of been in the 1000's of dollars !!! Everyone one thought I spent a lot on the garland and backdrop. Nope I didn't spend a lot. Stunningly Beautiful Product

I stumbled across this vendor while looking for affordable garlands from a trustworthy source. I’m so glad I found them!

I got two 8ft garlands for my “white Christmas” themed wedding. I used them as a floral floor between Christmas trees, and it looked stunning. Truly a showstopper. I got so many compliments and tons of people asked where I got them!

This company was fabulous! Put the chaos of this bride’s mind at ease. They called prior to shipping. The secure, rolling black suitcases arrived way in advance —very official. Sharing, stunning quality, and easy instructions to return the next day. I very highly recommend this service and product!

Quick,easy, responsive, reliable, quality

My husband and I used Ship Our Wedding chair covers for our rehearsal dinner. They were communicative and you speak to an actual person when you call. We accidentally put the wrong address and they were easy to contact and helped us get that figured out.

The chair covers come in a big portable box which made transporting to the venue easy and they don’t need to be ironed because of the stretch -which was a plus. A couple covers had small stains but the owner Rob informed us that they gave us a few extra than what we paid for, which worked out great.

We would recommend and use again!
