Ship Our Wedding was a great find. I happened across them while searching online for rentals for an upcoming pageant in Nashville, Tn. There are so many vendors I could ave used in our area but I am so glad I went with Ship Our Wedding even though they were out of state. The quality of the poles and fabric for pipe and drape were better than I ever imagined. The equipment is very sturdy and what I would describe to be perfect for the most professional sets. (a little heavy but very easy to assemble) The flower columns were absolutely beautiful and made the stage set gorgeous and the other rentals like the chair covers and sashes were like adding the finishing touches of jewelry to an amazing outfit. Rob was extremely helpful and continually checked in on me to see if we needed anything else or if we had any questions. Even the driver Scott, who delivered the shipment to us was very friendly and professional. This company is top notch and I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an amazing design for their wedding, party or other event. Thank you Rob! -

We rented 20 uplights for our wedding reception just over a week before our wedding date after a different rental fell through. After booking online, Rob from Ship Our Weddings was able to personally confirm the availability of the lights and also walked me through the easy process of receiving the lights and pointed me to several of their ready-made online resources to assist with set up once you receive the lights. The lights came 4 or 5 days before our event and were securely packaged in cases with specific instructions on how to set up and also how to repack and send for return (with shipping labels included). Our DJ was able to set up the lights with no additional oversight or questions. We used them to add some soft warm lighting to our reception space. Pictures looked great! The pricing was competitive and the best we found compared to similar services we found online and locally. Rob was really friendly and had we run into any issues I’m sure he/ the team would have been able to help troubleshoot. -

Rob and his stellar team saw to every detail with professionalism and precision on every level. Not only were his products top-notch, but they were delivered early with explicit instructions. He even called us to walk us through the process with our flower garland. We usedthem from everything to dry mirrors, cascading from tables, draping over furniture for photo op, vignettes, and wrapping onto metal frames to create the most gorgeous, jaw dropping centerpieces. There is no way I could’ve executed this engagement party without his help. I have been an event planner for over 35 years and I have never been so impressed with everything from products, services and pricing. Rob and his team were the absolute best. He has made a satisfied and happy customer out of me for life. -

I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find Ship Our Wedding. They saved me a lot of money and time. I really love how the backdrop and garland turned out for my daughter's Wedding. If I would of had to buy all the stuff I would of been in the 1000's of dollars !!! Everyone one thought I spent a lot on the garland and backdrop. Nope I didn't spend a lot. I stumbled across this vendor while looking for affordable garlands from a trustworthy source. I’m so glad I found them!
I got two 8ft garlands for my “white Christmas” themed wedding. I used them as a floral floor between Christmas trees, and it looked stunning. Truly a showstopper. I got so many compliments and tons of people asked where I got them!
This company was fabulous! Put the chaos of this bride’s mind at ease. They called prior to shipping. The secure, rolling black suitcases arrived way in advance —very official. Sharing, stunning quality, and easy instructions to return the next day. I very highly recommend this service and product! -

Great choice for our Love Ritual!
My partner and I had a ceremony to honor the 10th anniversary of our relationship, and we needed curtains for a pavilion put together through ancient joinery techniques. We couldn’t use any screws or drill any holes. The curtain kit was a perfect workaround! I particularly appreciated the phone call confirming the order from an actual person, so that we could ask questions. Shipping was quick, installation was reasonable, and the finished product was beautiful! Will definitely recommend to others in the future. -

We rocked our brain for months, trying to figure out how we were going to cover up this creepy painting that was over the fireplace at our venue. It was right behind where our table was going to be. I searched and search and found this vendor and they had exactly what I needed, they helped me figure out what pieces I need to add for extra height. They called and explained everything to me before they shipped they shipped with plenty of time. The video was instructive and the whole set up was very easy to put together and take apart shipping back was just as easy , and everybody was so friendly and helpful. It just took away a great stressor for us and we were very happy with the final results. We highly recommend Ship Our Wedding and will use them for future events. -

Great products for a budget wedding!
We used eight of the 25ft ceiling draperies and sixteen chargeable uplights to dress up a very bland, budget friendly space and these really helped dress up the space!

I ordered the Purple Peonies flower garland at the last minute for my daughter’s Quinceañera. I wanted to have a flower garland on the staircase of the venue and everywhere I turned it was super expensive and had to be made from scratch. I spoke with Rob on Friday and received it Sunday. The garland was beautiful and full. All of my guests were blown away. -

Easy, beautiful, quality rental
The rentals came on time to my house it was super easy, they were in great shape. I got so many compliments on the look of the flowers we used for runners and the wireless uplights were so simple to set up and made the event look professional. Super easy looked great
I wanted drapes for my wedding to soften the room for the reception these did not disappoint! They were super easy to put up and to take down. When shipped they came and big boxes and gave easy instructions on how to return. I saved a lot by using this company so glad I found them! Here is a picture of when we first set them up! -

I absolutely loved these uplights, they really upgraded my party and I was able to change the Colors. Customer Care was also super helpful and help me set up and charge my uplights. They responded to me within 2 minutes of calling and they checked in to see if I was able to charge the uplights and how they worked out. Rob was so kind! -

Simply amazing
When I ordered the garland, I wasn’t 100% sure I made the right decision. However, my shipment arrived the day before the wedding. I opened the crate, rolled out the garland and was simply in awe. The garland was even prettier than imagined. I highly recommend this company. -

I can't tell you how pleased and delighted I was with the lighting we rented from Ship Our Wedding. Everything about the process and product was exceptional. It truly made the difference from the room looking really great to stunning! All this from a last minute add on that my wife thought could add “something” to the process so we gave it a shot. I was blown away. From the owner helping me decide which lights were the best fit, to the quality of the lights, affordable price and the easy return, they exceeded all my expectation. The wedding could not have looked better and I believe it’s because of adding the lights. I just wish I hadn’t been so busy and had taken better pictures. Oh well, it was still fantastic! -

I was blown away by this website and how easy it is to navigate. I had been eyeing various kits for several months before I got in touch with the company. To my delight, the owner called me himself to clarify what I wanted to book. He is a great resource, super knowledgeable, and genuinely believes that having the wedding you want should not be so cost-prohibitive. The only bummer was that I couldn't rent their photo booth kit. I had to rent with another nationwide event rental company and it never showed up despite having the same guarantee that Ship Our Wedding offers. My drapery kit and starry night constellation lighting arrived early and my venue team set up everything for me. Could not have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend! -

Ship Our Wedding was so easy to work with. They offer great customer service and a great product! Putting the backdrop together was so simple and intuitive. But for the constructionally challenged, their video shows you just what to do. And to top it all off, their rental was $300 compared to $1500 locally! I'm so glad I found them! -

I recently held my 20th anniversary party and the draping kits came before my event! Set up was pretty once I realized how many parts it came with. The pricing was beyond what I could’ve asked for! I was quoted $500 and up just to drape one side of the venue! I was able to drape both sides for less than that! The customer service is beyond anything I’ve experienced in years! Thank you all so much it really added the elegance I wanted for my anniversary! -

Easy and looked Professional
I found this company after a lot of searching and they ended up being a Michigan company. I rented 20 up lights. I chose the outdoor lights due to the height the lights reached. I was able to program them and set them up without an issue. I got married at The Guardian Building and the up lights made the venue look amazing for dinner and the reception. The lights were delivered right to my parents house a few days before the wedding so I was able to get familiar with them. I made a video for my friend and she easily set them up. After we pack them away, dropped them off at Fedex with prepaid labels- it was very simple -

Phenomenal!!
I am not an event planner. I am simply a mom on a budget who wanted to host a beautiful sweet 16 party for my humble daughter. There is no way I could have pulled this off without shipourwedding. Rob exhibited patience and answered all of my questions and never hesitated to provide guidance, advice and references. This company was amazing. I have never hung floor or ceiling drapes ever. However with the guidance of shipourwedding videos, I was given step by step install instructions. I was able to successfully accomplish my task. The party turned out beautifully. Shipourwedding provided me with hands on assistance, beyond regular office hours. Where else can you get that type of customer service. If you're having an event I recommend you use shipourwedding. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is priceless. Rent from them, trust me, you won't be sorry. -

We used their pipe and draping to do 3 garages for my daughters wedding. The drapes completely transformed the spaces. You would never have known they we garages. We rented the "dancing on a cloud" low lying fog machine for our wedding. The package arrived early. The fog juice bottle had a small hole in it, so it leaked out into the foam protecting the machine. I contacted them and they rushed a new bottle super fast! They even called me to discuss what happened and make sure everything was OK. We used the machine during the ceremony and had plenty left over to run it during the reception too. With all the other wedding stress, "Ship Our Wedding" was such a huge help and we will definitely use them again! -

I rented a backdrop with lights for a bridal show event, I couldn't be happier with the results! The Ivory drapery was a beautiful and complimented the fall décor that I choose perfectly! The kit itself was quick and efficient when assembling!

It is very easy and very reliable to rent from this company. Their website is very cool since they provide videos of their products to be rented .My rentals came on the day I am expecting them to be delivered. The Drapes and backdrop stands are very good. The quality of the fabric is very good, I chose it to be my sweetheart's table backdrop drape. I will definitely rent from here again. So easy to return my rentals. Also my engagement ring fell off into the containers of the rentals, I did not know. It was shipped to their company but Rob from shipourwedding company called me to let me know that they found it and we talked how to ship it. Above and beyond. So thankful!! No regrets!

My wife and I are thankful for Shipour. wedding. We were not considering a DIY option during the initial planning. However, we began to consider and finally committed to the idea. Namely, uplighting and pipe & drape rentals.
The equipment arrived well before our event. Everything was fully functional on arrival. The QR codes on the paper instruction are clutch. They link you directly to videos that are very helpful with assembly and setup. We did have a mishap with the return shipping, as a result of FedEx's carelessness. Just make sure the return labels are the top document on the cases. Shipour.wedding customer care assisted us in correcting the issue.
Lastly, during the process, we had the opportunity to speak with Rob who was both polite and professional and undoubtedly encouraged greater creativity than first conceived. He has a passion for people and the business that is serving so many in unique ways. We are thankful and recommend with certainty that you can save big and with no loss to your wedding experience. -

Amazing Experience
I am so glad that I found this vendor online. At first, I was a little nervous about DIY but when I watched the step-by-step videos and talked to Rob, I felt much better and was able to pull it off. Not only does DIY save you money, but it also allows flexibility. I was very pleased with the fact that I was able to try different styles to see which style I liked the best. It changed to whole look of the place, and I received tons of compliments. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and everything turned out great.
