We worked with Alley Hard at the Sheraton and did use the venue for the reception only. They dressed the room beautifully, worked with us professionally and were very accomodating. We also used the Hotel as a venue for the Bridal tea the morning of the event. It was lovely. Everything was well done and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone. Deal with Alley, she is the greatest.

The banquet room and staff were very professional and our wedding reception went by perfectly. The food was scrumptious and we had many compliments from our friends and family. The staff at the Sheraton helped us stay with in our budget and there were in constant contact with us, answering every question and calming us down with all the "what if" scenarios. I would definitely recommend them to any one that is looking for a classy, yet laid back event.

At first I was really hesitant about having our wedding reception at a hotel, but now that it's over, I couldn't have imagined it any other way. Marina was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to work with! My fiance and I weren't just another sale to her; she took such care and concern with the handling of our big day and really wanted it to be perfect for us. She even surprised us with our very own private "cocktail hour" with candles, champagne, and snacks before heading in to the reception space. Speaking of the reception space, the staff did a fantastic job of decorating the ballroom exactly how I had asked. It took my breath away when I walked in the room. And oh my goodness, the food!!! I received compliment after compliment on how delicious the food was, and more than one person came up to me and said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. It's a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, the Sheraton was top-notch! I would highly recommend to any bride that wants impeccable service, a beautiful venue, and heavenly food!

My wedding was amazing. Not only did I feel like the princess I am but my surroundings provides the perfect background. While at times, I did feel I was lost in the wedding season shuffle, those few times were minute and not even a speck on my night. Love this venue. The food and service staff were perfect and the event will be the talk of my family for weddings to come.

We had both our ceremony & reception at the Sheraton. They did a great job with anything that we asked of them & their staff was professional. The only downfall we had was during the reception, the reception hall manager was supposed to keep us informed with our bar tally so we knew about how much we were at and they didn't--that caused us to go over almost $2,000 our budget

Ally & her Banquet team were wonderful in assisting my husband & I plan our big day. I had already attended 2 company events there in the past.Of course planning is a little more intense when it is your own money. The Sheraton is beautiful & the ballrooms are very ornate & classy. I loved the complimentary food tasting for choosing menus. All of my guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever had.100% of them said it was the first wedding they went home from completely full. They erected a complimentary stage riser for my awesome 8 piece Motown band & 2 setup areas for my DJ. The tables & lighting were breathtaking. The wedding cake was included & made by the Bake Shoppe.It was precisely the design I asked for & tasted great.Their staff was very courteous & attentive.They were very accommodating because I live in Richmond VA, so they scheduled our planning meetings around my travel home. The complimentary Honeymoon suite came with champagne & was bigger than my college apartment! I viewed the guest rooms during our tour which was a helpful bonus.Some of my guests were allowed to check in early & or received room upgrades. Many quests flew in from Germany who had never been to America before so it was very important that Nashville & its wonderful people make a great impression.And they sure did! The Sheraton was certainly not the least expensive but also by no means the most expensive venue, & I researched them all thoroughly.This is the place if you have many out of town guests.Many of mine took advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service.The alcohol is very pricey but I guess that is because it is a hotel & also the Tennessee laws of taxation of liquor/wine.I work for a Fortune 100 company and this was a group of people who "expect the best & have the best" so it is certainly a testament to this establishment that they were all very impressed. Everyone is still talking about it. I highly recommend this venue.

I have worked at a hotel for 3 years while in college so I know a bit about the ins and outs of having your wedding at a hotel. I could not say at the time that I would ever have my wedding at a hotel because I witnessed first hand the lack of concern the sales team had for the brides. It seemed completely centered around money to me, the more you spent, the more attentive the team was.

I chose the Sheraton solely because of how fabulous their wedding team is. Ally is one of the best I have seen handle hotel weddings. It was like I had a wedding planner on top of everything. The entire staff understands how precious this day is and makes sure they do everything in their power to make it as seamless and special as possible, not matter if you spend the minimum or the maximum. They also have a PHENOMENAL chef so the food was delicious. I would recommend the Sheraton to any bride. They made wedding planning SO much easier.
