We had chosen Secrets Limousine through a recommendation from our venue and are so glad that we did! Reserving the limo was very easy, as I was able to check out the fleet on their website. I requested a quote online and then was able to call and confirm our reservation, but I did not need to pay in full in order to reserve. We selected the 20 passenger limo bus, which was spacious and comfortable for our bridal party (a total of 16 people including photographer).
The day before the wedding I was contacted by our driver to confirm arrangements, which was reassuring. On the day of the wedding, Allen, our driver, was early and was able to bring the groomsmen and other family members to the church promptly, before coming back to the hotel to pick up the bridesmaids. Allen went above and beyond and came in the church with me and the girls to help make sure that we all looked fantastic before entering. After the bridesmaids had processed, he even helped me adjust and fix my train before I walked down the aisle. Allen stayed parked at the church for the entirety of the ceremony, which allowed us to get to our bridal portraits location efficiently. Before we actually left the church, he popped open a bottle of champagne that he had sitting on ice and served to me and my new husband, with glasses that were engraved “Mr. & Mrs.” with our new last name and our wedding date. Inside the limo were beverages and refreshments waiting for us, as well as champagne flutes lining the sides of the limo for all of our bridal party so we could all celebrate and cheers together. He was able to shuttle us from the church around Old City to take our portraits, then drop us off back at our reception venue.
My entire experience with Secrets Limo has been phenomenal! Booking the limo was easy and efficient, the actual day-of transportation was flawless and fun, and I felt in good hands the entire time! Thank you so much Allen and the Secrets Limo team!

Secrets was definitely one of the best choices we made for our wedding day!! Every time I called (which I did frequently, I had lots of questions as I had never rented transportation before) the employees were so down to earth and kind. They explained all the prices and taxes well, and made sure I was well informed about which packaging and pricing would work best for me. Best of all, the price was well worth the service, and it didn't break the bank. We were so excited to receive the cute monogrammed toasting glasses!
Chuck our driver was superb! He made sure I felt special and in charge as the bride. He even answered our phone calls the next day when the groom lost his phone, and went as far as calling the detail company to have them check for our lost phone!

Secrets Limo was easy to book over the phone, professional, prompt and extremely accommodating. They did not hesitate in helping us when we asked if the Limo could stop at two different places, go to the wedding venue and then circle back for our family members before the ceremony. The week of the Wedding they called to double check the routes, sent over invoices detailed clearly with our information and the driver even called us the day before to check in, make sure nothing had changed and provided his cell number for the day of. I decided the week of our wedding to him a limo service. Secrets Limo was recommended to me. My initial contact was Iris who could not have been any nicer. She processed my last minute request that day and was extremely helpful in getting me set up and answering all of our questions. On the day of our wedding, our limo driver, Jason, was fantastic. Jason was so genuinely hospitable even despite all of our day of changes. As a hospitality professional, i was extremely blown away. I would recommend Secrets Limo to anyone!

We were so pleased with Secrets Limo service. We had two vehicles, a party bus for our bridal party and then a Chrysler 300 for our parents & grandparents. Both drivers were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They held the door for all of guests, walked me to the front of the church with an umbrella so none of our guests could see me walking in. They Fluffed my dress before walking down the aisle and had waters waiting for my husband and I as soon as we walked out of the church. They also took the time to put all of the extra water and alcohol we had in our limos into a cooler we provided so we didn't have to worry about it. AND They were on time every time! We highly recommend Secrets limo for any of your transportation needs!

We used Secrets for a 15-passenger van to the bride's bachelorette party and we had a great experience. John was so nice and incredibly helpful (he let us know that someone would be in the office until 5 so that we could charge our extra hours rather than having to pay cash and made a special trip back to the hotel after he dropped us off because I forgot my phone charger)!

We used Secrets to transport the bride and bridesmaids to the church and then take the whole bridal part to the reception. Jim was a great driver! He was on time, extremely helpful and patient and even gave a call the night before to make sure I had his cell phone number. The little things like that helped take a lot of nervousness out of the wedding day. They charged a very reasonable rate and were extremely easy to work with from start to finish! Oh, and the 28 person limo bus was AWESOME. The music was blasting and everyone had plenty of room to maneuver and be comfortable.

Secrets Limo was wonderful to work with for our wedding! They were competitively priced and quick to answer any questions. After signing the contract, they were willing to add on an additional half hour when I began to finalize my schedule for the day of. The vehicle was new and clean, and they provided a red carpet, champagne, and personalized champagne glasses that really went the extra mile to make us feel special.

What really set Secrets apart was the driver. Chuck was wonderful! He called the day before to introduce himself, provide his phone number, and confirm pick-up details. On the day of, he arrived early and was friendly and attentive. He helped all of the girls onto the limo bus, carried my train and bouquet around, and preempted anyone's needs. He had medication for headaches and upset stomachs throughout the day and baby wipes when my dress got dirty. He was available with water and carried around umbrellas when it looked like it might rain. He was enjoyable to spend the afternoon with and the whole wedding party is still raving about how great Chuck was!

Just want to say thank you for a stress free night and weeks leading up to our wedding. My wife was extremely surprised and enjoyed Nick as our Driver. Nick went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a driver. Nick is a class act guy and it shows how much your company cares about the customer, from Nick keeeping us on the schedule even when the Groomsmen were just hanging out remembering old times, to Nick holding the Brides dress in and out of the car. I would recommend your service to anyone and everyone. If there is ever a time you need a reference dont hesitate to ask. I look forward to having many trips with your company in the future.
