We had our wedding reception on Aug 2015 in Seasons. We rented the skyline room and it seated 70 people. There's a minimal to spent on food and drink but no fee for renting the room. The coordinators were very helpful on answering questions and respond back even if one had her day off. I can tell that as a team they kept each other in the loop and would write or call back to me in time with what I needed to know. Food selection was great and all of my guests were super happy with the service. This place made my wedding cozy yet elegant, the view was also amazing...I don't think I would've done it any other way. I planned my wedding, had help from friends on decorating the place, everything went as planned! BTW, they have a bride only room now...it's new and it was a great place to set and relax after the ceremony down at the park & before the reception.

We had our wedding ceremony & lunch reception at Seasons restaurant in Sep 2013. The food was nice however some steaks for guests who got later than the headtable were cooked well-done. But overall I would rate 4 stars with their food, especially the lemon pie was delicious. Shannon, the event co-ordinator is very professional & helpful & patient with my enquires. The servers are friendly & nice.

Seasons is a beautiful restaurant with a view overlooking Vancouver to die for! We made a reservation at which we planned to have champagne toasts, wedding cake, coffee, tea, and cocktails. We were not required to rent a separate room at the restaurant, and were advised that by 9:00 p.m. there would likely be sufficient room for our party of 17. I arranged ahead of time to have flower arrangements, linen napkins, the cakes, etc. delivered in the morning, hoping the staff would be willing to set up the table for us prior to our ceremony across the street at the conservatory. I was advised that we would be required to do this ourselves prior to seating our guests. As such, I arranged for some of my family members to go to the restaurant at about 9 pm to set up the table. My family knew exactly how it was to be set up according to my instructions, however my daughter was advised (reportedly in a less than polite and supportive manner) that we were not allowed to have a separate, small table on which to place our cakes. (The cakes were on 3 separate pedestal plates at different heights and were to be arranged in a grouping together with flower arrangements and candles). There was an empty table right beside ours the whole time we were there which would have been perfect. Needless to say, this was quite a disappointment. We would have gladly paid extra for one small extra table.

In terms of recommending this vendor for a small wedding, I would not suggest doing so unless a separate area of the restaurant has been reserved. I say this as I suspect we would have had better service had we paid a rental fee. Maybe not. Certainly our event was not a big moneymaker for the restaurant (3 bottles of champagne & cocktails prior to cake).
