We hired Scrumptious Occasions Catering for our wedding at a private estate in Tahoe where we had around 200 guests. We were so pleased with their service and food that we received. Munther was very attentive though out the planning process with our food needs, especially since I have a food allergy. He was patient and answered all my questions along the way. We have no regrets selecting Scrumptious Occasions Catering for our event as everyone raved about the food and how delicious it was. We can't say enough about Scrumptious Catering and highly, highly recommend them.

Munther, Melissa and the team at Scrumtious are INCREDIBLE! The food is AMAZING, especially the famous paella, which was the talk of the wedding for weeks. I came to Munther with a really tight budget and he made it happen. Mind you, he owns many restaraunts in the bay area, and I figured, why would he want to deal with a bride on such a tight budget. But he stayed professional and helpful through the whole process. His right hand Melissa is everything he is, just in the female form. She is so sweet and helpful. Of all my vendors, they were one of my favorites!!!

Munther and his crew were fantastic to deal with and made the whole process of catering our event less stressful for us. The food was important to us and the suggestions that Scrumptious made for the menu and the beautiful wedding cake was such a huge success our guests and friends still talk about our reception to this day 3 years later and want to know when we are going to have another event with Scrumptious Catering! We put all of our eggs in one basket, and booked Munther to cater both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Our goals were to keep the costs low, while still having delicious and 100% gluten free food. Munther’s quote was lower than any other caterer we talked to, but his food was incredible! We went to our tasting in February 2020 and planned to have a June 2020 wedding. We were surprised how delicious the food was at the tasting and happy we had selected Munther and his team. With the pandemic, we didn’t end up getting to celebrate until March 2022 – in that time we forgot what the food tasted like, but sure enough it didn’t disappoint! Munther’s paella was impressive and delicious and the wedding entrees: salmon, steak, and veggie risotto were all incredible. Thank you to Munther and team for helping make our day so special, even 2+ years after booking.
