We are a family owned and operated restaurant that has been in the business for over 50 years. Food is our passion, and we believe that good food can really make an event perfect. Our caterings thus far have ranged from 100 people to 10,000 people, so whatever event you have coming up, we can take it on! Schulze's BBQ is amazing! Not only were they so incredibly easy to work with, they have awesome food. We had them cater our wedding and supply an appetizer table and people are still talking about how great their food was (especially the potato casserole). If you are wanting to cater BBQ, I highly recommend Schulze's - they are extraordinary!

We served 505 people at our wedding, and Schulze's was well equipped to accommodate that many plates. They even allowed us to add additional plates the morning of the wedding. The portion sizes were large-most of the women couldn't finish their entire plate of food.
