Summer Wedding Success

We hired Lisa as both our day-of-coordinator and officiant for a small, intimate wedding this July. We are so grateful for her time and support to make our day meaningful and also run smoothly. Even for our small gathering, Lisa was vital in coordinating with our venue and vendors - really letting us soak in the special moments. Lisa listened to our ceremony preferences over several planning calls and delivered a beautiful and touching program that fit to our vision. Lisa was one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning

From the moment we hired Lisa as our day-of coordinator, she became so much more than that. Lisa was helpful and generous in her help, advice, and expertise throughout the entire planning process. She's kind, incredibly funny, knows what she is talking about, and she means business, which is exactly what we wanted and needed (this is what EVERY couple needs in a day of coordinator). On our wedding day, she handled every curveball with total grace and confidence. From last-minute, heartbreaking cancellations to uninvited guests showing up, Lisa knew just what to say and exactly how to handle it all. We felt so safe and supported having her there. Lisa also brings a whole lot of heart to her work, and it meant the world to us. Truly, we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She is a total pro and an absolute gem of a human. We cannot sing Lisa's praises loud enough. One of the most critical vendors of a wedding day and she exceeded any and all expectations.

Incredible!

Lisa was so incredibly helpful as my day-of coordinator. She had several meetings with me and my husband prior to our big day to make sure everything was just right. She is so friendly and funny but also professional, knowledgeable, and ready for anything. All of my crazy friends and family loved her. Lisa did an amazing job of working with our unusual venue and helped us handle a terrible vendor on the most spectacular day of my life. Thank you Lisa from the bottom of my heart.

Surprise Wedding


We couldn't have asked for a better officiate for our surprise wedding! From the very beginning, she was kind, helpful, professional, and incredibly thoughtful in crafting a ceremony that truly reflected us. Incredible coordinator!!!

Lisa is incredible!! I just got married this weekend and she did such an amazing job making sure my wedding went off without a hitch. She was incredible at managing my timeline, coordinating with vendors and coaching all of our wedding party about details we didn’t even know to think about. My day was entirely stress free thanks to Lisa. As soon as she arrived she took care of everything and I was able to focus on enjoying my day. She was incredibly sweet, supportive, and sensitive with me, and was also able to effectively take charge and manage big groups of people. Any issues that came up she calmly took care of on her own and I didn’t have to deal with any problems. She also went above and beyond during my planning process to support and guide me with planning details and questions. She is also an amazing communicator and highly reliable. Everyone at my wedding who interacted with her raved about how amazing and fun and kind and helpful she was. Even several of my guests noticed and told me how great she is!! You end up spending a good amount of time with your coordinator during your wedding day and Lisa was such a joy to be around, she was so fun and kind and upbeat and easy to talk to. My wedding literally would not have been the same without her. I am SO glad I hired her, I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Such a wonderful ceremony!

Working with Lisa as our officiant was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding! She was responsive, flexible and so kind to work with! The ceremony she put together was absolutely perfect and really encompassed who we were as a couple! Highly recommend Say I Do NorCal for your wedding!!

Lisa is an amazing officiant!

Lisa was the perfect officiant for our wedding. She went above and beyond in her role. She responded quickly to our emails and worked around our busy schedules. She also helped manage some last minute logistical stresses on the day of the wedding that were beyond her job description. She has a commanding, but friendly, presence and managed our rehearsal efficiently and in a way that everyone walked away knowing exactly what they needed to do for our ceremony to run smoothly. Highly recommend Say I Do!
