Cyndy grew up in Sawatdee Restaurants working all positions in the dining room and the kitchen. After college, Cyndy lived on the East Coast and worked in various positions including in Alumni Relations at the University of Pennsylvania, where she worked planned large scale alumni events. She returned to Minnesota in 2010 to take over the family business. She oversees Sawatdee Catering and 3 restaurant locations. Cyndy is initimately involved in all aspects of wedding catering and assists customers throughout the process from initial contact, planning, event execution, clean-up and follow-up. Cyndy is looking forward to working with you.

LeJoy works collaboratively with owner Cyndy Harrison. Since August of 2019, her focus has been on building our catering presence in the Twin Cities while embracing our rich cultural history.

During the pandemic, with catering jobs few and far between, LeJoy has continued to help our restaurants in other ways. LeJoy has performed occasional interior design work, light construction, helped with social media communications, done graphic design and even some light janitorial work.

She is excited to work with couples again!
