I met Sara at a wedding show that was located at our venue and she was also one of the preferred vendors at our venue. I knew after looking at her work that I wanted her as our photographer. I felt like she really captured happiness in her photos; they just really made me smile. Sara did our engagement and wedding photos and absolutely did not disappoint!! I was a little nervous that my now husband and I were going to be awkward getting our engagement photos taken and I would hate how they came out, but Sara made us feel so comfortable the whole time. It was like one of our best friends was taking our pictures and she knew exactly which poses would work for us. Not to mention the fact that it was FREEZING the day we did them and Sara still found a way make the photos look so natural, like we weren't shivering like crazy! We had such a tough time choosing which ones we liked best to use for our save the dates and on our website. Fast forward to closer to the wedding and Sara really helped us get organized by developing a photo timeline for the day, having us make a list for family formal photos we wanted, and making sure we had our "details" box together for the (beautiful) details photos she does. She and her husband, Lance, make such a great team and really kept things on track the day of the wedding. They are also really great at getting the best photos, from the best angles, without really being too obvious during the ceremony, which I appreciated. As expected, our wedding photos came out AMAZING as well and we, once again, are having a difficult time choosing which ones to include in our album because we love them all!

Our experience with Sara was so wonderful from start to finish! We met before doing any photos just to get comfortable with each other, and we just loved how much she put an emphasis on making us feel at ease through the whole process (because being in front of a camera can be nerve wracking!) When we did our engagement photo session, everything went so well. We vibed really well with each other, and from the beginning it felt like a great fit! We got the photos back from that and they were SO beautiful. It made us even more excited for our actual wedding day! It was definitely hectic trying to plan our big day during a global pandemic, but Sara definitely helped ease a lot of the stress by being so organized. We were able to communicate effortlessly about every little detail to ensure everything went perfectly - and it did! Once our wedding day arrived, Sara and her husband Lance spent the whole day taking the most beautiful and detailed photos! Everything was so carefully planned out on their end and we could tell they took special care to ensure that every last detail looked great. They were so professional and efficient throughout the entire process, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team of photographers! Not only that, but they are both wonderful, talented people and we genuinely enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend Sara and her lovely assistant Lance to anyone looking for gorgeous wedding photos and excellent service!

Sara made the photography aspect of our wedding easy! She accommodated all of our requests of things that were important to us and gave suggestions of what has worked well for her at weddings in the past. She's very flexible and easy to work with putting your mind at ease. Her assistant was able to catch some great angles as well for some candid photos of friends and family, which are moments we didn't get a chance to see ourselves as the day flew by. Sara definitely paid attention to all the little details. I'll cherish both my engagement and wedding day photos forever. She definitely puts her heart and soul into her work.

We had our engagement photos taken with Sara and they were absolutely wonderful! She did such an amazing job making is feel comfortable and was able to work around the muggy weather so well you don't even notice! I highly recommend her!

Update: We now have had Sara take out wedding photos as well and I am beyond happy with them! So many beautiful pictures that I can't even pick a favorite. Sara is so nice and very professional and did such a great job making everyone feel comfortable with standing and posing for pictures. I love these pictures so much and she did an amazing job of capturing all of those special little moments. The candid reception photos were better than I could have imagined! I'm so glad we chose her to capture the joy of our wedding day. I'm so glad we have these beautiful photos to look back on and remember our wedding day.

Sara and Lance did the photography for both our engagement session (May 2014) and wedding (June 2015). We LOVED working with the two of them. They made us feel so relaxed and kept us smiling throughout everything. She was easily reachable and available for questions at any time (even 6 months after the wedding!). The photographs turned out gorgeous and we had so many compliments from friends and family. Something that I found to be incredible is that she created a website in which all guests could access the photos and download them for free. This was so great for our guests and allowed us to have our 'wireless' ceremony and reception. It allowed our guests to sit back and enjoy their time, knowing they could access all of the photos later on. I cannot wait to work with Sara and Lance again in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to any couple!

Not only were they very accommodating and helpful, Sara was a very calm presence which made me relax and enjoy the day! They took time to meet with us a few weeks before our wedding day to discuss details (timing, pictures we wanted or didn't want, etc.) which I found extremely comforting. She did such an amazing job, more than I could have imagined or expected. She got all the shots we wanted without being in the way. I've watched a lot of wedding shows and most times the photographers are in the view of the guests or just really in the way. Sara was not, I barely noticed her all day. Looking back at the photos I was like how did she get this picture, I didn't even notice her! She is truly talented, her prices are affordable, you get what you pay for and then some!
