Placed order over the phone at 5:00pm via a female employee who was rude and irritable. Arrived at Sandtown Pub at the forecasted time of 5:30pm. Waited near the counter at the designated “Pickup Orders” for 20 minutes with a host of displeased customers wearing masks and practicing social distancing. At approximately 6:00pm a female employee came to the designated “Pickup Orders” area wearing a mask beneath her chin (Not covering her mouth/nose) and announced “ Are you here to pickup or place an order”. Nearly all the customers replied pickup. The female employee began to take the orders of the customers who didn’t reply “ pickup “. After taking orders the female employee went to the kitchen, and then another female employee (wearing a mask beneath her chin) came to the designated area asking for the names attached to the pickup orders.. Customers begin to express their displeasure of waiting for at least an hour vice the estimated time of 30 minutes. The female employee (fair complexion) begin to use profanity aloud indirectly towards customers stating “ These mother Fu$&ers need to wait aint nobody got to put up with this sh$t and it’s going to be at least 30 more minutes on y’all’s orders”. Needless to say, customers who had placed their orders in person began to receive their orders before myself and other customers who had placed their order over the phone an hour earlier...Will not support Sandtown Pub again!!!
