I needed a hairstylist/make up artist in a pinch when my original stylist bailed on me the week before my wedding! Melissa at Samsara came to me rescue and created a beautiful look for me, with hair and makeup that was polished, but natural and romantic. I was so happy with my total look! I was so happy with my trial, I also got my nails and rehearsal dinner do' done at the salon and was so pleased with the results. The salon is in a charming old building in downtown Sykesville. If you don't live near the area, it is worth the trip.

All of my bridesmaids, my mother and I got our hair done here. We needed to be ready by a certain time so the owner offered to open the salon early just for us. Not only was everyone's hair wonderful but the service while we were waiting was fantastic. We were offered wine, coffee and water. The stylists moved their stations around so we could all be together and be somewhere where there were seats for those waiting around. They let us take pictures and be silly and have fun. The whole experience was perfect.
