Sameer and Sonya are amazing photographers. They did the photography for our older daughter’s wedding. They did such a fantastic job that we requested them to do the photography and the video for our second daughter’s wedding in October this year. They are excellent photographers, professional, very nice and made both my daughters feel great. The photos captured the essence of the wedding and were amazing! We received the first cut 10 min video footage almost immediately after the wedding and Sameer has done an amazing job.
Photography is an important aspect of weddings and you cannot go wrong with Sameer and Sonya. I highly recommend them!

Sameer Soorma and his team have an excellent eye for composition and style when it comes to photography. Each and every one of his pictures tells a story and he has a flair for artistry that will make your pictures feel like they are painted by hand. He captures the moment without being obtrusive in any way. He was very easy to work with. We had to change our wedding date and moved up the date by three months and he easily rolled with the change in schedule. He is very responsive and open to ideas and suggestions. Ultimately, you will not be disappointed by his work in the least. In fact, you will be impressed with every single picture he gives you from your event, because he takes the time to make sure each and every picture is properly composed, edited, and the final product is breathtaking. I cannot recommend Sameer enough--we believe we had the best photographer capture one of the most important days of our lives.

Planning a wedding from the other side of country can be challenging, but the team at Sameer Soorma Photography made it a breeze. Corresponding via email and phone was always timely. I visited Phoenix (my wedding destination) twice and both time they were able to accomodate us into their schedule to meet with us personally for planning.
Its also great having someone so experienced with weddings, they even looked over my wedding day itinerary...just to make sure my timeline looked feasible.
Having one photographer dedicated to the bride and other other to the groom, both with exceptional craft, allowed both my husband and I to feel like we had adequate attention.
I would say normally when you get photographs back from a photographer, you like about 30-40% of them, and love about 10% of them. I would say this team far surpassed that: I liked 90% of them and loved like 75% of them. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose them for photography and videography.

Sameer and Sahil did an amazing job for our pictures. They took shots of all the best moments and the candid pictures capture our events so well. I am so glad to have chosen them as our photographers and now have memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for taking and producing such wonderful photos!

My husband and I do not have enough words to express how much we LOVE Sameer and Sonia. After looking at their website/blogs and obsessing over the way they take their pictures, we knew we wanted to work them. I felt from like from the beginning Sameer and Sonia just really prioritized making sure that we were happy. They worked with us on our budget, our ideas and during our e-shoot before the wedding, Sameer paid extra attention to the kind of couple we were and the best ways to capture us, and then brought that knowledge to our wedding weekend. I felt that every idea or thought I shared with them, they knew exactly how to make that happen. And the results are awesome! From what we have seen so far w/ our e-shoot pics and some of our wedding pics, every photo is AMAZING, unique and truly a work of art! These two were so professional, friendly and comfortable to be around. Hiring them was the best and easiest decision we made!

This photographer did an amazing job capturing every possible moment! I was very please with all my photos. The quality is so good that I am having trouble which images to choose because there are so many high quality images. He did a good job contacting me prior to the event to prepare me with a timeline, I did not have to reach out to him as I did with other vendors. This made a difference to me during a very stressful time as a bride. Whenever I wanted a picture, he was there ready to capture the moment. Very very flexible. Very creative. I can not emphasize how amazing and creative he is. This is just not photography, it is artwork and creativity that he has mastered.

Sahil covered our Valima ceremony in August, 2013. As a photographer myself, I was pleased to see that he was using proper indoor (wide aperture) lenses, and arguable the best "wedding camera" for the job. On top of having the proper gear, SS Photography was very prompt with replying to calls or messages when we needed to meet or discuss planning. And most importantly, the pictures came out amazing. If we had to do this event all over again, we'd pick the same photographer.
