JC and his team did a wonderful job with transportation. We had [3] limousines for pick up and drop off and all of them were early and did a fantastic job. We could't be happier!

Facts: This was not a wedding and I don't remember the exact date!
The Pickup
1. IAD to Warrenton.
2. On way home driver was advised he needed to be back to IAD in short time which was impossible due to distance remaining to my home.
3. I offered to be dropped off at Dunkin Donuts near Wegmans and have someone else ferry me the remainder of the way home.
4. After being dropped off I waited 25 minutes for my pickup by JC/owner.
5. JC/Owner, thanked me and said he would make it up to me for helping out.

Calling in the favor...
1. I contacted JC to pick up my wife and son and requested his fees.
2. JC proceeded to advise me that Super Shuttle would be less expensive and offered me his quote.
3. After review of his quote, I reminded him about the favor he promised and he advised me I was getting a discount - $15. Wow! - I stood waiting with my suitcase for 25 minutes.
4. I thanked JC and moved on.
Finally, I will never recommend or do business with someone with this type of business ethic. Fortunately, these incidents expose the true colors of the wannabe public service entrepreneurs.
